Very comfortable stay. Perfectly situated for my business trip. Miss not having proper shampoo and conditioner though. Special thanks to the receptionist who sorted out an amendment to my booking after I'd messed up online, despite it supposedly being a no changes,no refunds deal.

We stayed in this Premier Inn overnight while travelling north. Sutton Coldfield is a lovely town, but this certainly isn't in the best area. We paid just £40 for a double room on a Friday night. Our room itself was lovely, very comfortable and we slept well before getting back on the nearby M6. We had the £7 each continental...

A hotel with only stairs to all floors and some rooms having only showers (should have both shower & bath in room). Also too short a time for breakfast in the mornings and nowhere to sit as the dining/pub area needed cleaning. Also not enough towels given for customers if there are two people staying (hand especially) and also not...

Great hotel, nice and quite but the heating system is set really low in the middle of January so the room never really felt warm. From what i can see, there is also no air-con which would make staying here in the summer months also not very good. of course a hotel not in a central part of a big...

This hotel is excellent, clean comfortable and rooms that a 4* facility would be proud of. I would recommend the facility to anyone. It is convenient and the Arriva 110 bus stop outside the front bdoor will take you to City Centre Birmingham in 30 minutes.

Super position, friendly staff. Rooms extremely clean and an excellent nights sleep, very quiet, I have rated it a very good and not excellent as there is no lift so I had to carry my case up two flights of stairs.

I chose this Premier Inn location as it was close to family. The room was comfortable and the breakfast food was good quality, however, it was the timings for breakfast that let this location down. Breakfast finished at 9:00am!! Having travelled over 200 miles the day before, getting up early just to fit in breakfast was not convenient. I will...

Only issue we had was a window had been left open and the room was cold. Heating was put to the max but took 2 hours to warm up. Everything else was good and we will probably be back next year. Food is served in the adjoining pub and is presented very well.

Good hotel, good location, helpful staff. Clean and tidy room good breakfast, properly cooked staff were helpful. Hotel was easy to find. Could have turned the heating on a couple of hours before we arrived, but the room was not that cold, so not a problem.
