The hosts Kevin and Angelique are fabulous lovely people. The hotel is very clean and decorated beautifully. My sea view room was hot ( early August) as south facing could have benefited from a portable fan, but how many really hot days do we tend to get in the UK, great to wake up to a sea view. Bed was extremely comfortable and bedding had a soft luxurious feel to it. Did not sample their breakfast, but the dining area was suitably set out to deal with this unpresidented times of Covid. Hand sanitizer and signs clearly visable in the Entrance. Over all peacefull and relaxing stay. A pretty quiet location. The hotel is situated in a prime location for all you want to do and see in Skegness. I will definately return here. Thank you for making me feel welcome Kevin and Angelique

We had a wonderful 5 night stay. The hotel was exceptionally clean. The host was lovely and very friendly even when busy in the morning. Breakfast was nice however the service is a little to early - only real negative. Location was really great The worked hard to make sure the hotel was covid safe.

Really nice and clean, and very modern, The lady who runs it is such a hardworking lady, Also takes great pride in what she does, Great cooked breakfast with a good quality sausage, Nice thick bacon also, Downside we had the ground floor room was very small, And quite noisy as when the front door opened and closed it banged on that door, Another time I would sure choose a different room, But a lovely stay was had and thoroughly enjoyed the Hotel Thank you, Hubby’s breakfast with fried bread, which he loves, Not very healthy but he was on Holiday,
