Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Had a lovely 4 nights stay here. Angelique was a great host. So helpful and really cares about her guests, chatting with everyone in the morning, making sure they have everything they need. Only 5 minutes walk from the top of the high street. Great views out to sea. Highly recommend that you book direct, got a really good deal. With free parking. Charlotte their daughter was a smashing little waitress at the weekend. Very polite and took everyone’s orders very professionally.

We had a great couple of days stay at the Palm Court. Lovely clean room and bathroom. Great breakfast and very accomadating if you didn't want a full English. Very friendly service by Angelique. The hotel is in the quieter end of Skegness but near to everything. There is also a lovely Italian restaurant called Tarantinos in the street behind the hotel. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Skegness holds special memories for my mum so for her 87th Birthday in June I surprised her with a 2 night break. I researched the internet, Palm Court B&B stood out with so many excellent reviews. From the time of booking directly with Angelique she was so lovely. On our arrival we received a very warm welcome, what was clear walking through the door and in to our room is how immaculately clean the B&B is. I paid for the first floor sea view room which I would highly recommend (attached photos of the view) For anyone struggling with stairs there is a ground floor room available. Our room was spacious, lovely bright decor, soft white towels, soft sheets, tea/coffee making facilities, a lovely big window small coffee table and two chairs. The information book in the room contains everything you would need to know during your stay including places to eat. We ate at Tarantino’s Italian restaurant on both nights which is very close to the B&B, the food and service was excellent (attached photos of our delicious meals) The breakfast at Palm Court was delicious, it consisted of fruit juices, cereal, fruit, perfectly cooked toast and a very tasty hot non greasy cooked breakfast. As a vegetarian I was happy an alternative was available on request, the vegetarian sausages were really tasty, inform Angelique re dietary requirements on your arrival. Our stay at Palm Court was perfect, it was so kind of Angelique to ask if my elderly mum was ok throughout our stay. We were very impressed with this family run immaculate B&B and will definitely be returning. Highly recommended. Thank you

We stayed for five nights the hotel staff was ever so lovely and helpful wand wasn’t afraid to go the extra mile. The room had a lot of space and very clean. Apart from the bed which me and my mom couldn’t sleep very well on due to the hard pillows. The breakfast was filling and good selection of breakfast items including full English. Definitely recommend coming to this hotel but bring own pillows if you prefer softer pillows x

What a fantastic place to stay!! booked at the last minute due to issues with Butlins and their discriminatory policies, but had immediate confirmation and a lovely response. Arrived to a very warm welcome, and a lovely room. And its possibly the cleanest hotel I have ever seen. IMMACULATE! Comfortable beds, great shower, LOVELY breakfast (cooked perfectly and great choice of continental as well), and Angelique simply could not do enough. My Husband was taking part in a shark dive, so we brought a celebratory bottle of champagne for after. Not only did Angelique chill it for us, she gave us champagne flutes to use as well as she didn't think it was suitable to use the tumblers in the room (we would have been very happy with those anyways!) The hotel is literally a 5-10 minute walk away from everything, and local street parking is easily available. Loved every second. Skegness is a great seaside destination, and while like most places it has suffered in the recent years, it still has a charm that we loved. We'll be back.
