We arrived and when we went to the reception a young man sat in the back office couldn't be bothered to get off his back side to come to us so we had to shout are names over to him. He seemed to have not idea what he was doing. An older bald headed chap then came and said he'd...

paid £40 extra for room 209 the coach that had arrived before ours got the room turned out they were friends of Mitch the manager, we were put in 210 where there was dead moths and crumbs lying about the floor when i complained was told they would clean room in morning. Low and behold the cleaner next day still...

David Urquhart holiday, the only pleasant thing about this hotel was the waitresses very friendly and helpful . As for the manager he was ill mannered and lazy first night I ask for a pint of bitter run out also run out of whisky and wine red or white also the bar was not opened until he finished bingo at...

Basic hotel staff friendly. A little touch up needed ie. Hooks in the bathroom and curtain or blind in bathroom. Had cooked breakfast n dinner . Breakfast nice anything extra staff would get for you. Sitting area and small bar.. has veranda outside can sit at night, beach oposite.

I took 41 people to this hotel. I went in thinking the manager would come out and speak to my customers regarding a welcome meal times etc. No I had to do that I must say this is the first time this has happened. Well all my good people went in I went off to park the big bus lol....
