We booked this hotel at short notice just a few hours before we checked in. As it was such short notice a lot of hotels were booked up and this was one of the few reasonable places remaining. The price was fairly cheap at £79 for a 'suite' including breakfast. We arrived late and the restaurant had stopped serving food...

The South Yorkshire Senior Cricket League dinner and presentation night was held here for the second successive year. Lovely place, nice dining room. Last year we had the odd complaint about the meal. This year numerous complaints. Starter a fish course, about three forkfuls on the plate. Main course nice vegetables but beef tested ones teeth. Sweet was sticky toffee...

Myself and my partner visit many hotels over the UK and we have not once come across 5 star service like this hotel. But have to say that the main thing that pleased us was the hotel manager who's name I fortunate enough to get is gawain steel he made our stay perfect and can say he is an asset...

This is a beautiful hotel. We stayed for 2 nights in the Brampton suite on our honeymoon. The room was lovely. It was beautifully clean and had all the nice little extras. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and there was a really good selection to choose from. I would definitely recommend staying here

Stayed here for one night, Sunday 30th October. Very convenient for my visit to All Saints Church in Laughton en le Mothen. Booked via the Internet at an extremely competative price which proved to be excellent value. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Car parking facilities were good. My room was a good size and the bed comfortable. Considering...

Stayed here for one night. The hotel is located quite near the motorway but there was not the usual noise of traffic. The good stuff. The service is first class. Reception, room and restaurant. The food at dinner and breakfast again cannot be faulted. Not gourmet but good and cheerfully prepared and presented. The only down was the super king...

Stayed on business for a few days and was not very impressed. The shower in the bathroom was terrible. I fail to understand how its possible to get such low water pressure. The toilet is so close to the wall that you have to remove the toilet paper from its holder before being able to sit on it. The hotel...

I would say it is a good budget hotel. We stay a night and it was a comfortable stay. The staffs are friendly, the bed are comfortable, toilet is clean and have all the basic amenities. The bad side of it is wifi, maybe we are staying at the last room at the end which the wifi is weak which...

Stayed there again recently and this little gem of a place never ceases to exceed expectations. Brilliant and cheery staff, most notably Karen, Trudie and Sarah. It really is a joy to go there. A long hard day suddenly becomes fun when you go there. 'Breakfast with Norma' remains another highlight. Recommend you stay here if you get the chance....
