Friendly owners offer good value b & b with a justified reputation for an excellent cooked breakfast. 10 minutes by road from Center Parks Spa & not far from Woburn Safari Park & house. Only one en suite double but other rooms are reasonably spacious if you're ok with a separate bathroom.

Stayed for 3 nights as we were attending a wedding in the area and visited the Safari Park beforehand. Room was very comfortable. Trevor and Sylvia are excellent hosts and their huge breakfasts really set you up for the day. Found the pub next door to be a very friendly place too, with excellent food. Would definitely stay again if...

The best thing about our stay here was the breakfast but for £50 for a twin room we were expecting a higher standard of cleanliness and better facilities. Our room was somewhat tired and the furniture needs updating but the bedding and towels were clean. The hosts were very helpful, pleasant and accommodating, although the 10 am check-out felt too early. Soap...

What a great find ! My Dad and sister just spent a night here and it was excellent. The breakfast consisted of full English - beans, 2 sausages, 2 bacon rashers, 2 eggs perfectly cooked, toast, tomatoes, mushrooms and juice. There was cereal too if you wanted it. Tea and Coffee (also available in your room). Comfy beds. Good pub...

The location of the guesthouse is in a sleepy typical old English village with all the quaint charm that is associated with that, It provides a quiet retreat that is not far from the suburbs. My room was clean and comfortable and the hosts were both amenable and exceptionally friendly and helpful. There is private parking at the rear and...

I found the village location charming and the guest house comfortable. My room was above the café. Despite a cooking smell it was a clean room, well-equipped with tea and coffee and towels. There is free wifi. Sylvia is lovely, very helpful. This accommodation is excellent value for money. The pub next door serves tasty and great value food.
