Stayed for 2 nignts as part of a deal which included 2 day entry to Legoland. Our family room was spacious and clean with everything we needed. The buffet breakfast was excellent and the staff very efficient and friendly. Evening meals in the bar were very good and the fact that our 9 year old grandaughter had 3 courses each evening for free was brilliant. She loved all her food. Would not hesitate to stay here again if we were in the area.

After a busy family day at LEGOLAND we arrived at the hotel approximately 7:45pm and were checked in quickly by the efficient reception staff. Family room with 2 double beds was absolutely fine for our needs and a lovely clean bathroom. We decided to have dinner at the hotel as we were tired and hungry, but did not expect much from the food - how wrong we were! The Thai green curry and spicy chicken Penang both really flavoursome and pepperoni pizza fantastic. Under 13’s eat free but my Sons at 10 & 8 are big eaters, so shared a pizza and had a free kids meal on the side and really enjoyed it which also filled them up. Tables were all clean and staff were lovely and helpful.

Good nights sleep with room nice and quiet and then went down to breakfast at the pre-booked time (limiting number in restaurant at any one time).

Queued to get a nice cooked breakfast, served by staff which was plentiful and tasty. Understand the feedback from another member who mentioned about the social distancing, but felt the hotel did the best they could under difficult circumstances. They did limit the number of people in the restaurant and handed out baked goods including bread for the toaster in bags, to avoid handling etc

We have stayed at the Legoland hotel in the past a few years ago and were a bit disappointed by it particularly given the cost, so decided to try an alternative nearby this time. All in all very impressed and a great choice if you are looking for a family stay near Legoland!

We stayed here 23rd Aug for 2 nights 2 adults and grandson, the room was ready and the staff were ready and helpful, everything was no problem, they answered my grandsons silly questions as 6 year old's ask. We booked our breakfast for 7,30 as it was a small dining room and we were on the wacky races run to Legoland and had to be there early. The room had a double and a roll away bed, there was still plenty of room to move. the room was clean and the linen fresh. the bathroom had a large shower all very clean looked newish, there was soap dispensers good job as i forgot ours. we ate in the dining room on the Monday night got the gov. 50% off and the meal was very good, my grandson ate free as we had booked through Lego land. Highly recommended and we would IF we have to go to Legoland again we would stay here. Without sounding rude in anyway, the girl on reception she was a dark girl she was so super helpful and friendly i would say she is in the wrong hotel, she was fantastic i think her name began with an M

After booking, I read the trip advisor reviews and thought what on Earth have I booked here. Wasn’t expecting much at all apart from a run down hotel with tiny tvs. I was really really surprised to walk in to a nice clean reception area. Checking in was easy but had to pay £7 parking for the night (I wonder if the hotel could provide cctv as someone knocked out wing mirror off and left it dangling?). The room was clean and tidy. Ordered room service but had to go down to collect and pay as they didn’t have my card details, no problem, I sent my partner down. We had a decent tv so we could watch Britains got taken (priorities! Lol). Towels, shower gel and shampoo was provided with a sign to ask reception if we had forgot anything else. The water pressure was bad though but this is expected I guess in a big hotel. I managed to wash my hair so that was fine. Staff were very nice and polite. Breakfast was fine too, normal hotel, help yourself breakfast.
Prior to arrival I let the reception know that we were staying for my little boys birthday as part of our legoland trip. We were greeted in the room with biscuits, chocolates, balloons and a big happy birthday message on the mirror which was really cool!
There wasn’t any noise from outside and I could see the road too.I would stay here again.

We had a one night stay before flying on holiday the next day. Included in our package was parking for the duration of our stay, breakfast, a 2 course evening meal and a one way taxi to the airport. The return taxi cost us around £40 from T5 using the recommended firm.

Parking was good, we kept our keys and so the car stayed where we left it in the underground car park for the duration. The evening meal was very nice, we could choose either starter and main or main and dessert and we went with the second option but there were lots of good deals on food anyway so if we stayed again I wouldn't be overly bothered for pre-paying for food. The breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast buffet.

The room was nice and clean and we had no issues with our stay. The only gripe I had was that when we booked the website said it was a 2pm check in and we live a 4 hour drive away so we timed our arrival to coincide with check in being open and the staff were very abrupt and told us that check in wasn't until 3pm and that the rooms weren't yet ready so we had to sit and wait. In all it was fine and we probably would stay again but we know better than to rely on the website information and would turn up after 3pm.

We booked to stay here one night for a visit to Windsor castle. Less than 10 mins drive from Windsor to get to hotel. Friendly check in and they have the kids some activity packs on check in which was a nice touch. We asked for quiet room as we have two young children, and we were put on 5th floor at end of corridor so no people passing so that was great. Decent sized
Room with two double beds. Nice new looking bathroom with walk in shower and little bonus of a little night light which was handy! The room seemed pretty clean. All except the bed valance which could have done with a wash but nothing else to complain about. A few minor gripes were that there were 4 of us in the room but only 2 coffee cups and one pack of biscuits which I felt was a bit mean!
One of our party is coeliac so cannot eat gluten. There was lots to eat at breakfast- they had GF cornflakes, GF porridge and GF bread available. Majority of hot breakfast was GF too and as it was all in one place (with bread and pastry completely separate) I didn’t worry about cross contamination - something that is really tricky when you are coeliac. Overall we had a good stay and we would stay again.

We stayed in this hotel as a family of 3 for one night during a trip to Legoland.
We arrived at the hotel after a day at Legoland it was around 5pm.
The outside of the hotel filled me with dread if I’m honest it wasn’t the most pleasant looking buildings and the surroundings and were similar. However the inside of the hotel was modern and spotless. Check in was easy and everything was explained, the only thing that confused me was the ordering of food and drink. You had to order off the QR code in the room and my understanding was you could go and pick it up and eat downstairs or take it back to your room.
We decided we would go somewhere else to have tea. We walked about 20 minutes into the centre of slough and went to the weatherspoons. There were other places to eat there. We got an Uber back with was £5.50.

The room was big and clean, beds were comfy towels were clean. My son liked the green spot lights in the bathroom. The bathroom was modern and spacious.
Tea and coffee was provided but we didn’t use them.

We stayed in a room over looking Windsor castle which lit up at night.

We booked breakfast for 7:30am. This was one of the only hotels which provided a sit down hot breakfast that I could find. There were bottles of water available and everything was COVID safe.
Breakfast soon got busy so I was glad we went early.

The hotel was about a 10 minute drive to legoland. We would definitely stay here again if visiting legoland.

The only reason I didn’t give this hotel 5 stars is that the room was a bit musty when we arrived and the bathroom grout needs replacing or some bleach on it.

I booked this hotel for our Legoland visit. (Was not going to pay £1000 to stay at the Legoland resort for 2 nights!). We stayed 2 nights during covid restrictions. Although it was our half term, this was not the case in the rest of the country so the hotel was mainly full of men that were working away from home and families with babies/toddlers. Although the hotel was fairly quiet, they were unable to upgrade our room to an executive suite. We had a family room with 2 double beds and it was roomy and comfortable. Although we were located near the lifts, noise was not a problem. The room was clean but fittings did look tired and were falling into disrepair. The phone looked like it had been there since the 1980s and when I tried to use it to call the reception, I just got clicking and static! The room was clean though we requested it not to be cleaned during our stay to minimise contact. We ate in the hotel one evening. We struggled to find a table as the restaurant was full of men eating alone or with a colleague taking up all the larger tables. They had a weird system where you order via your phone by scanning a code. The menu was very limited and didn't come as stated. I ordered a burger and it turned up with cheese. (This wasn't stated and I can't eat cheese so had to scrape it off). Portions were small and it wasn't good value. Last orders are at 8.30 so that they can vacate for 10pm. We decided to eat elsewhere, the second evening but there are not many places to eat nearby! Breakfast was better and was included in our stay. Definitely worth paying extra for. Everything you would expect - lots of choice. Great location for Legoland. Took us 10-15 mins to get there. Covid procedures were good. There is lots of hand gel around but it really smells funny. So bad that I couldn't bear to use it! Finally - other reviews mentioned paying for parking. We weren't charged for parking at all so maybe they've changed their policy.

Dear Matildathecat, We appreciate you taking the time to provide us with such detailed feedback about your stay. We pride ourselves on providing the highest quality of service and it looks like your recent stay leaves a lot to be desired. I hear your unwanted challenges because of restaurant service. I'm sorry to learn your disappointment regarding the quality of service delivered in attending to your needs. What transpired is certainly not the experience we want you to recognize us. I shared this with our management and I trust that they'll take the necessary steps to improve the service. Adequate training and coaching will also be given to the concerned staff to ensure that this will not happen again. We value the trust you've given to our brands. We hope you'll give us another opportunity to show you our commitment to providing an exceptional service that you deserve! Kind regards, Alex

We chose this hotel because it is near LHR Terminal 5. Be aware that others chose it because it's near Legoland so it's popular with families. If you don't like noise from children this may not be the hotel for you. We went there after picking our daughter up from LHR. Parking appears a bit limited but we found a space. Cost in with the cost of the rooms. The Reception was pretty crowded and most people were no longer wearing masks. Staff did though! Well done to them.Only one lift was working after we had eventually checked in. That lift was in constant use.. We werec allocated adjacent rooms. Standard Holiday Inn rooms- good facilities. We had our evening meal in the hotel restaurant. Good selection and very nice meals. In the morning we had breakfast there and again were very happy with the hot and cold buffets. Serve yourself. It was notable that this hotel had plenty of staff and that they were friendly and efficient.
We enjoyed our stay. Excellent value. We would return.

We stayed here so we could take my son to a legoland. I contacted the hotel to explain it would be my sons birthday and they went above and beyond with balloons, messages on the mirror and a birthday banner on the wall. My son felt so special. We had dinner in the bar and was as expected. Not phenomenal but nice. Bar very good. Great parking and location and very clean and comfortable. Just so overwhelmed with the extras we recieved given the current issues. Well done Holiday Inn.
