Slough. And Premier Inn really is the perfect place to break the journey. Minutes away from the motorway network and Slough train station, you can zoom into London, or scoot around the sights nearby. Which royal residence would you like to visit? In under an hour you're in Paddington, with Buckingham Palace just up the road. But Windsor is even closer, and there's Legoland too. Wherever you're headed, return to your own palace here at Slough, with comfy beds and a Thyme restaurant too.

Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We travelled for an event nearby and had a good, short stay at Premier Inn Slough. The room was spacious and clean, we had an interrupted sleep in comfortable beds and the shower was really powerful. Cristian, the duty manager was really helpful and friendly. We would stay again if in the area.

This was another stay in a decent Premier Inn. Room nice and clean and plenty of parking. Not much nearby but large supermarket next door. Quite enough at night despite being located on a busy main road. Food was ok in the restaurant. Be aware when checking in, large signs and leaflets advising you that car/van thief’s operate in the area so appears they have an issue with this. Doesn’t fill you with confidence when leaving your van overnight.

We booked the hotel as it was close to Legoland and it was by far the cheapest when you added in breakfast, parking, and internet. The hotel is absolutely lovely. The beds are so comfortable. The breakfast was spot on. Internet good (£5 for super fast which we got for the kids for streaming). Free for general browsing and emails etc. The staff - not a miserable face amongst them. I’ve literally never been anywhere where every single staff member was so lovely! Smiles on their faces, they couldn’t do enough! I really was impressed. What a lovely team of professional staff, I hope Premier Inn recognises all of their staff members for their efforts, it really does mean so much when you work so hard to take your kids on a trip and then you turn up to a hotel full of cheerful and friendly faces. Thank you so much. My little boys got an Easter egg each - not sure if this was standard practice but it was a gorgeous touch! Thanks for that! It made their day. The standard of the room fixtures and fittings was excellent. I’ve stayed in worse kitted out, more expensive hotels! Everything was clean. The bedding was so lovely, I had the best nights sleep I’ve had in ages. The most important thing for us however, was the care taken with the food preparations. Our party of 4 included two Coeliac’s, myself and my little boy. We had a lovely breakfast, with gluten free toast and pretty much all items from the cooked breakfast selection, apart from the sausages. I really enjoyed the food and it was cooked separately so we didn’t have to use the main buffet trolley thereby avoiding cross contamination. They had lots of different jams and spreads and butters. Good selection of pastries and cereals, all the usual fresh fruit and yoghurt. Coffee machine kicked out a lovely latte and double espresso. Shame there wasn’t fresh orange juice (just the watery cordial type), but for what we paid, I certainly wouldn’t grumble. I would certainly recommend this place for families looking to travel to Legoland or other tourist attractions in the area.
