We looked for a place for a relaxing break and this was a great place to find it! Easy to find, a parking space for every room, a friendly welcome with a cup of tea and biscuits got our stay off to a good start. The lounge here has space for sitting, with a fridge and complimentary milk and water-...

Great service and value for money, would highly recommend. Very comfortable room with private bathroom and just a couple of minutes from the town centre not that you would know due to the peace and tranquility. Breakfast was very fresh and enjoyable with a good choice for all tastes. Car parking is a lovely bonus and there is a beautiful...

Called late in the day for an off chance overnight stay. Nothing was too much trouble and we were offered a warm and genuine welcome for the last room available. Spotlessly clean, very comfortable bed, tv, free wifi and tea/ coffee facilities in the room. Soft towelling gowns hung on the door for our use, and a reasonable room rate....

We were met by the ever helpful Adam who offered to carry them and made us a welcome coffee and biscuits. From the luxurious residents...

We have spent a few days here while we visited friends in Sidmouth. First of all there are car spaces which is a must for us. The rooms are bright and clean, very comfortable beds, some rooms overlooking the River Sid, good breakfast, lovely secluded garden and very friendly owners. Short walk into Sidmouth via Salcombe Road or over the...

Recently visited this lovely guest house. We are a family of four and booked two rooms which were located on the same floor. A very warm welcome from Adam with tea and coffee in the lounge. Rooms were very clean - our double room was quite small but fine for the one night. Our boys had a twin room which...
