They work extremely hard to ensure the rooms and site are spotless, the food is perfect and they still have time to be friendly and attentive to their guests. The rooms are very comfortable and very well appointed. As a dog owner I was a bit concerned about... More

Absolutely amazing! We, (me and my six year old Japanese Anita, Strauss), have been touring the south coast for five years, and, although we've stayed at some lovely places... the Barn and Pinn Cottage beats them all! Beautifully maintained grounds, immaculate living quarters', lovely breakfast, pub with WiFi at the end of the drive, (not connected), old mixed with new,... More

We spent the August bank holiday at The Barn and Pinn cottage. How fortunate we were to find this wonderful bed and breakfast. Beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean! Peter and Kim (the owners) were very informative with tips on parking and the local bus transport. Peter also cooks a lovely breakfast. There is a pub directly opposite which couldn't be... More

Friendly proprietors, handy location for Devon coast, Chocolate-box thatched cottage accommodation, excellent breakfast, reasonable price, secure parking. What else is there to say?. Oh yes, for 4-poster luxury, try room 9 or 10, but hurry, vacancies don't last long in season.

How very lucky we were to find this wonderful accommodation. Stunning outside with abundant flowers in baskets and tubs. Our room was a twin on the ground floor. Very well presented. The wet room was first class. The whole property is spotless. Breakfast was very enjoyable. Choice of cereals, fresh fruit, or if you preorder porridge with brown sugar or... More

We spent seven nights at the Barn and Pinn and wished we could have stayed longer. This gorgeous 500 years old thatched cottage and converted stables is outstanding. With its ten individually designed bedrooms, the dining room with a bar, breakfast room and lounge have all been lovingly restored with high quality furniture and decor by owners Peter and Kim....
