Just back from a short break in Sidmouth staying at The Old Farmhouse. Susan and Robin looked after us in a splendid and very friendly fashion, in a spotlessly clean and perfectly-decorated historic property. The area is so quiet and yet it is very easy to walk to the Sidmouth sea-front and shops. The breakfast, suggestions for walks and restaurant recommendations were all spot on and we greatly enjoyed our few days here. Thank you!

This is about the fifth time we have stayed at The Old Farmhouse. We love it here. Susan and Robin have done everything that they needed to to keep themselves and guests safe and well. We stayed in the same room that we have always stayed in, so pretty and perfect for our short break in Sidmouth. Walking distance to the town, which is a real bonus.

We stayed here for four nights on our journey back to Cornwall and it was a great place to use as a base for the area. You will not find a better pair of hosts in Sue and Robin who go out of their way to ensure you have a great time with them. The breakfasts are well noted and will set you up for the day, along with tips and recommendations for places to visit. Good and clean rooms along with excellent wi-fi throughout are other plus points for this and the accommodation prices are extremely good. It is nicely placed for walking into Sidmouth which has a decent selection of shops, pubs and eating places. All in all a place that I would recommend without hesitation and would be my first choice the next time we stay in Sidmouth

Me and the missus love it here and looking forward to going back this Friday 23rd August 2019 for a few more days stay in the company of dear Susan and Robin. Stayed two night while visiting family and friends. Very pretty, thatched main building, everything we needed for our stay. Hosts were very attentive and helpful and food was great. Easy walk to the centre of town and on the edge of an extensive park for a quiet walk/run morning or evening.

What can I say, the most wonderful accommodation I have ever stayed in. Fantastic hosts, Susan and Robin who made us feel most welcome throughout our stay in Sidmouth. Talk about character this abode has the lot, seeped with history and fantastic decor in every room. Breakfast was gorgeous with different options available. Five minute walk to the beach and local bars and restaurants and wonderful gift shops throughout the town. The old farmhouse is a fantastic place to stay and I will definitely be going again.

We have been visiting the Old Farmhouse for around twenty years now and always enjoy the company of Robin and Susan as well as the other guests. It is a home from home and we couldn't have chosen a better place to enjoy our Golden Wedding anniversary. We will be back!

We have been visiting Sidmouth for many years and always stay at The Old Farmhouse. Susan and Robin are the perfect hosts, they are friendly, helpful and welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. It is very clean and comfortable, not a speck of dust to be seen anywhere and each room is decorated to a high standard. Tea and coffee making facilities and toiletries are provided in all rooms. There is a good choice for breakfast including a variety of fruit, cereals, yogurts and full English, all served in the dining room, which features an inglenook fireplace. Outside, the gardens and private courtyard are lovely with lots of hanging baskets and pots overflowing with beautiful flowers. Situated in a quiet residential area, it's just a short walk to the Byes Park, shops, seafront, theatre and local restaurants. We are always sad to leave but look forward to our next visit.…

We love The Old Farmhouse .... everything is beautifully clean and fresh. Susan and Robin are great hosts ... breakfasts are great. This is our 4th or 5th visit. The Farmhouse is walking distance to the beach and the shops .. great if you don't want to use your car!!
