Had a Saturday night stay and upon arrival i was greeted by a friendly and courteous proprietor. Good to have off-road parking with a small car park at the rear and the location was in a quiet part of the Peasholm locality. The room was small but clean with a working hot shower, comfortable bed and coffee-making facility. The breakfast...

Booked less than two weeks before we went to Scarborough and with a change to the booking needed less than 24 hour to go, Michelle couldn't have been more helpful. She ensured we had what we required and when we finally arrived; well what a delight! Both Ian and Michelle were so friendly and the hotel is spotless. Both rooms...

We stayed here for one night to go to concert. Michelle and Ian were very welcoming. Room a bit tired looking but sheets and towels were pure white. Very soft towels. Toiletries and robes in room. Lots of little extras. Very thoughtful. Breakfast was excellent. Would we stay again? 100%. Yes.

We booked this as we were attending a concert at the open air theatre nearby. We parked up at the rear and it was just a 15 minute stroll thru a lovely victorian park which runs alongside a stream. Parking is limited and probably expensive by the seafront so a good tip by the landlady! Hotel is nice and clean...

As a small B&B this ticked the boxes for us. Firstly nice welcome from the hosts Ian and Michelle who made us instantly feel at ease. The room was very nice and the bed was really comfortable. Our 7 year old daughter loved the bunk beds and the resident teddies. The location is peaceful within a nice area and opposite...

From booking in until leaving we had a lovely time and the owners were very comforting. Our room although not large had all the required conveniences, with a comfy bed. There was private parking at the rear of the hotel. Finally, the breakfast was fantastic, as good as you could wish for. We'll be back again if we are planning...

Stayed at the Outlook hotel for 1 night July 2016.I would re_iterate what other reviewers said, it is to me a rather good b& b. Having said that we received a friendly welcome although we did not get a welcoming drink but then again we didn't ask. Our room, which was on the upper floor at the rear was small...

I must admit to being a bit disappointed when we arrived, the worn mega patterned carpets and textured wallpaper don't make a great first impression but it's all upwards from there. The owners are really friendly and helpful, they opened the bar for us, a real bar! The rooms are not huge but well equipped with lovely extras like a...

One night stay as a couple in this hotel but to be honest would be better being called a bed and breakfast . Friendly welcome and the usual information at the check in desk . Our room overlooked the car park at the back and was very dated and small I was very disappointed in the room and was not...
