We have been in Aug 16 booked 2 rooms. Both rooms were perfect. Clean and fresh. The breakfasts are amazing. Cater for everyone. The vegetarian full English with vegetarian black pudding is a taste sensation to be had. Can't wait to go back.

Stayed for three nights August 2016. We are looking to go back very soon. Large spacious rooms with very comfortable beds, good quality bed linen and big fluffy white towels. Amazing views over the north bay. A private car park, this is a rarity in Scarborough. 5 to 10 minutes walk to most attractions. Then the breakfast. Cereal and some...

My son and I were visiting Scarborough so that we could visit a couple who were my parent’s lifelong friends. Sadly I have lost both my parents recently and they were unable to come to either my mum or dads funeral due to their own poor health. We wanted to visit them so that we could talk and share memories....

The room we had was spacious and comfortable, the bed large and sleep was really peaceful. Breakfast is 0800 - 0930 which suited us just fine. Site is great but the mist stayed all weekend, giving the area a severely restricted viewpoint!!! Not the hotels fault!! 5 mins from Anne Bronte's grave and Scarborough Castle also has off road parking...

Exactly as per the pictures with great views of the sea and castle. We didn't get a sea view from our room but it didn't matter to us as we was out and about all day. Bed was very comfortable and rooms are clean. Breakfast was yummy and I loved the jam on toast. It's obvious that the owner takes...
