Modern B&B, comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast selection, and safe atmosphere as Covid hopefully subsides. Genial, very helpful, hosts with local knowledge, available but not pushy. Hence my title - faultless.

We’ve just returned home from a 2 night stay at The Waves B&B and what a stay it was. The Waves was the best B&B we have ever stayed in. From amazing accommodating hosts, to super quick WiFi, to a 10/10 freshly cooked breakfast. Our room was super cosy and extremely clean. Nothing was ever too much to ask for. Easy check in and check out. All the reviews speak for themselves, a fantastic homely B&B!!!! Thank you Phil and Chris!

My wife and I have just spent a couple of nights at "The Waves" and we have really enjoyed our time there. Chris (the host) was extremely welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Our room was spotless and the breakfasts were excellent with loads of choice and real quality ingredients. We have stayed in various guest houses in Scarborough over the years but this is by far the best ever. We are already looking forward to planning a return visit. A gem of a find!!!

We stayed here to attend a Concert on Thursday night. We were greeted by a lovely friendly couple who made us feel so welcomed and relaxed. The room was spotless and very well presented with everything you could possibly need. A very large breakfast selection, with the owners homemade bread which is fab, so much choice it will please everyone. The guest lounge is awesome with a very retro feel that, I will add the pics as words will Not do it justice. We would definitely stay here again
