The Grainary is a rural, authentic and beautiful place. The cottages are clean and to the highest quality and the views of the surrounding area are breathtaking. The staff themselves are so friendly and on hand 24/7 ensuring you enjoy your stay. We would definitely recommend and will return!

The Grainary is set in a beautiful peaceful countryside location. If you want to eat later than 5.30 this can be arranged but if there is only one table booking it appears to be discouraged which is a shame as the food is excellent. The staff are very welcoming and helpful, great thought has gone into providing as comfortable a...

The people were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The room was very hot but the bathroom was freezing cold. The base of the glasses in the bathroom had what I would say was accumulated dirt on them. The breakfast cups had what appeared to be black specs which looked like midges or small insects in them. The breakfast was normal...

This is the 3rd. Time myself, my mother and our 2 dogs have stayed at the B & B. Comfy, clean rooms. Delicious breakfast! Also had an Afternoon Tea, absolutely beautiful and worth the money. Staff are friendly and helpful. Also the fabulous views and farm animals. I'm sure we'll be back in the future!

We had a beautiful weekend from the moment we arrived. Even the farm dogs were friendly! Lovely home cooked food, excellent disabled access (a ground floor room with direct access to the yard and a walk-in shower). The view to the south-east the first morning, with Scarborough Castle and Flamborough lighthouse visible was marvellous. We came back all rested.

Lovely home from home stay, the children loved the games room and it was great to be able to enjoy an evening meal here too! Breakfast was great and our table was set up ready for us with high chairs etc. Would definitely return and highly recommend.

After hearing many recommendations, me, mum and grandma came here for a coffee and a scone, whilst on a drive out. The tea rooms is a nice little place on a farm in middle of nowhere. Very quiet and peaceful. Lovely views surrounding the place. Fairly cheap prices and great service.

Booked last minute for a family of five. Well worth the drive, fantastic location and great views from the conservatory restaurant/tea rooms. The Sunday roast dinner menu was great and the food even better. I had the overnight cooked brisket of beef which was great. Excellent, fast service and very good value for money. We'll be back !
