We had a lovely stay, staff very helpful, rooms very clean and location spot on! The price was fantastic as we got a special offer, so close to Restuarants Bars and the shopping centre, also close enough to enjoy a 5 mile coastal walk

This hotel is located centrally only a few minutes walk from the main shopping centre. There are lots of cafes and restaurants nearby and only a short distance to the sea front. It's biggest drawback is that there is no parking provided although there is adequate parking opposite which can prove expensive if you are staying more than a couple...

My wife and I decided to stay here last month, unfortunately it was not a very good experience.. We asked for a quiet room away from the main road as I am quite a light sleeper but due to issues our stay was far from quiet. Our room was at the back of the hotel, there was a constant loud...

Good location, family room was ideal for two children who were in a single bed and camp bed. Service in adjoining restaurant was poor, adult starters were served a good 10 mins before our children's own starters, I had to prompt waiting staff. We also waited 30 mins after finishing our starters until main course arrived, again after prompting waiting...

Perfectly situated food brewers fare not over impressed with, kettle had a lot of floating bits, Bathroom Towels were quite hard rough, still amazes me y there is no slip mats in shower come bath. I mentioned this last time as I slipped and fell out of shower. This was the Harrogate premier inn so I am a bit wary now.

There were four of us in two rooms. We all had a lovely stay including a wonderful Christmas dinner. Staff were great, really friendly. The only slight fault was that the room temperature seemed to fluctuate on it's own, the thermostat didn't always kick on.

Although we have stayed in a Premier Inn many times before this was our first stay in the Scarborough one and we weren't disappointed. Its in a good location for shops/bars /restaurants and is near enough to the sea front. On arrival the staff were pleasant and informative. The room was spacious and spotless although did have some slight wear...

You know what you are getting when you book a premiere inn. Clean comfortable rooms. There is consistency across their brand. This hotel was very much as expected. One negative of this particular place is no parking. So you must use street parking which is expensive.

The first room we had seemed small; and considering it was winter the heating was turned off when we arrived. There is no phone or intercom in the room; so any problem requires a trip to the front desk. Not so bad for younger guest; but not so great for the elderly or infirm. There can be a lot of...
