Found this place whilst out walking and as new place since last in, checked it out. Bar is comfy and beer is good. Excellent place to stumble into. ☺️ Decor is clean and enough TV's to sink a ship with. Great if a sports fan

I dont know Scarborough but thought this pub looked good from the outside. It was eqally good inside. I think it has recently had a make over but the character has been kept. Friendly bar staff. Good food. Good beer for me wine for Mary, you will not be disapointed if you visit.

The Dickens Bar is close to a flat we have bought in Scarborough so we tried out the food there one cold and rainy lunchtime recently. Since we had been attracted by the "two meals for £11.00" offer our expectations were not high but we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and the service. The food on...

Stopped off for a quick drink & spent the evening here! Great atmosphere excellent staff & first class beers, it was a Friday evening & the resident DJ was playing our style of music from the 60's & 70's, everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves no matter their age, seemed to be a great many locals, would definitely recommend it...

We weren't eating so just ordered drinks off the very smiley bar staff. I kinda wish we were eating as the food brought out looked & smelt delicious, will return to eat the...

We were looking for a unique local place near the Tower of London to eat dinner. Staff in the Tower's ticket office suggested the Dickens Inn and gave us directions how to walk there. Without this help, I am certain that as American tourists that we never would have eaten here. It's located in what was an old wharehouse along...

The bar had been refurbished recently and is clean and very comfortable. We had something to eat, just burgers and chips, food was ok but nothing special, burgers a bit tasteless. Pleasant staff and quick service. We'll call again but probably only for drinks.

I was pleasantly surprised as it's very modern looking inside, we got a friendly welcome from the staff too. The food they were bringing out looked & smelt amazing, will definitely eat here next time...

Had our first Sunday lunch here today. Was very impressed with everything. Hot as well as delicious set in an attractive modern inn with an old charm feel. Relaxing comfortable as well as welcoming. Would highly recommend and we will definitely come again.
