We visited the Riviera for one night and it was not a disappointment. The room was perhaps a little small but the hotel is 200 years old and in a great location we just couldn't fault it. Ten friends descended on Scarborough for our annual ramble. My husband booked this for my birthday. The room was tiny and not very clean. They had put strong air fresheners in the room which affected my breathing.
