Booked for 2 nights camping. Great site, very clean facilities and good amenities. Location very good as Scarborough, Filey and Bridlington about 10/15 min drive away. Whitby is around 40 mins away but that didn’t bother us. Yes, as previously mentioned by other guests, the wi-fi isn’t great but it didn’t stop us from having a great time and actually made us talk to each other more. Some facilities were not available which was a shame but it didn’t effect our stay. Staff friendly and Covid safe measures in place. Will definitely stay here again.

Lovely, enjoyable and friendly place to stop. This camp is well maintained and very very clean. The fish & chip shop is also recommended and it not overpriced which you sometimes get at holiday parks/sites.

Just returned from a lovely 4 night stay in a two bedroom brand new caravan. The caravan was absolutely spotless when we arrived, they also left some hand sanitizer and wipes which I thought was a nice touch with the current situation. You get a little pack with a small bottle of washing up liquid, a cloth and sponge and also a tea towel which is handy. The shower was great, we also had an en-suite toilet. The shop on site is very well stocked and reasonably priced. We went to the fish and chip shop a couple of times, food was lovely and again prices good. Kids park was good, plenty of benches for parents too! WiFi was a bit hit and miss but we didn’t go away to be glued to our phones. All staff very pleasant and helpful, we’ll definitely be back, thanks for a great few days.

my parents have owned a static van here for over 10 years and I've been every year in that time. The site itself is fine, facilities are decent in peak season and the club house is quite good. In honesty i actually like the site. The reason for my 2 star review is the fact that despite site fees of over £3500 a season (not per year - runs March to Nov) the wifi on site is absolutely horrific. This may sound a petty statement but most people staying here have kids who will be used to having Internet. As sad as it is Parents, we are in an age where teenagers with no WiFi means a crap holiday. Parents will also use it frequently and in the year 2020 its simply not acceptable to have Internet that is so poor and slow. Particularly if you're paying them the best part of 350 quid a month rent !! You can get faster internet but you have to pay extra for this?? Wouldn't mind being a few quid behind the owners, its about time they started realising that its 2020 not 1998.

Hi Greg, thank you for taking the time to leave a review on our page and we're glad you enjoy the park. We understand your frustrations with the WiFi, we are actively looking to improve our service at the moment as a priority. However, we should clarify that the pitch fees (or rent as also described in your review) which you refer to are for the pitch on which your caravan sits. The caravan is there for 12 months of the year, regardless of the opening dates of the park. This fee doesn't include extras such as the swimming pool (pay as you use), entertainment provided, play areas etc. We provide a free service which is for browsing and emails. That is available park-wide and is stronger outside than inside. A higher speed is available but obviously this comes with a cost. As an owner, you can have your own private connection installed which also ensures a better connection when inside the caravan.

Just had three days here at flower of May and can honestly say that this is one of the.friendliest sites that we have been to staff are all very.pleasant and extremely helpful the site itself has plenty of amenities and is very well maintained to a very high standard the newly refurbished clubhouse is very pleasantly decorated with high standards of covid precautions I would say that it would be hard to find a holiday touring venue any better than this well done to all involved in making our mini break so enjoyable will definitely be back.
