The room was very good and all furniture was new, however my colleague had a very old room and was not so good, turns out there is like an old section and a new one. Breakfast is basic English, only thing is to add more fresh vegetables. Dinner menu was very good and i enjoyed the sticky toffee dessert. I...

We only stayed one night. Although my husband is a wheelchair user, and had booked directly with the hotel, we were allocated a 'disabled access' room with a shower over the bath, which he couldn't use. I was also not offered help with luggage on arrival. However, the room was clean and spacious, and the breakfast reasonably good. We spoke...

The hotel was really quiet the weekend we stayed here and I particularly enjoyed the quiet pool area. We found the food good although if I stayed for longer than a couple of nights I may have found the choice a little restrictive. The staff were really good and very pleasant. Yes, the décor is a little dated but that...

Stayed here 2 nights and could not wait to leave. This hotel is Chronically dated from the rooms to the corridors to the spa facilities. Jacuzzi was empty of water, steam room out of order. Very expensive for what it is. Needs total overhaul was perhaps nice once.

stayed for the weekend could have stayed longer, lovely hotel clean tidy, excellent staff very friendly. Superb food, lovely pool and facilities, Only criticism was 1) we weren't told about the pre card authorization over and above hotel price 'in case we ordered extras' we did but it would have been nice to be advised and not find out by...

Just got home from a 2 night break at Regency Park Hotel & spa. This was a cheap weekend break away for wife and myself. Hotel and room was alright, comfortable and warm , with tea making facilities, but no fridge as advertised, but for just 2 nights we had everything we needed. This hotel I think caters mainly for...

My wife and I stayed here for one night ( Sunday ) on a Secret Escapes on a dinner bed and breakfast basis, the price we paid made it extremely good value. The hotel has a modern contemporary feel, there are plenty of comfortable seating areas around reception and the lounge bar, our room was large and well appointed, bed...

I vested the hotel with my fiancée for an overnight stay at a weekend. Rooms were nice and spacious enough and fairly well appointed. The staff were all very good in every area we used, the Gym was good and pool nice and warm too, Sauna was good but steam room was broken waiting to be fixed and a notice...

Stayed on a Secret Escapes' deal which included dinner, lovely big room, which was spotlessly clean. To be honest it's hard to find fault with our stay. Dinner was excellent, good wine choices and breakfast was very acceptable. Staff extremely helpful and friendly especially restaurant/bar staff. Plenty to do/see in surrounding area. Well worth a visit!

Hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was very comfortable and had everything we needed... although the hairdryer was hard to find! It was tucked away in a hidden compartment in the desk... there was a mirror also which was great for doing my make up! Pool facilities were good with a sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. The food...
