Nice old style pub which dates back centuries! Love the fact you can bring your dog in, even while you eat, which was great as we had been to Blue Anchor Bay for a walk and felt hungry afterwards, so stopped here for lunch. Very reasonable prices and home cooked winter warmers, like your nan would make! Great presentation and...

A lovely friendly pub right on top of cliffs with outstanding views from its pub garden. Was a little rundown in the past but much improved with lovely well cooked pub grub, friendly staff and a nice welcoming feel to the whole place

If you are staying in the area on holiday this pub is a must. We spent a week staying nearby and visited it most nights for food. They serve very well cooked ‘pub grub’ with a reasonable choice on the menu. (The steak I can highly recommend it was cooked to perfection). I was in a party of three and...

Now under new management, there have been huge improvements made here, good food, clean, tidy and comfortable rooms, and very helpful staff. A traditional pub trying hard to offer their customers a homely feel, and succeeding. Multi dish meals needs further consideration, but having used this hotel many many times over more than 25 years, I can honestly say it...

Very good meal and reasonably priced. Interesting way to serve the meals but all looked good. The room was fine. Clean and comfortable. We had a bathroom along the corridor but only for our use. Fine as we only stayed one night- would read information more carefully if staying longer and take a dressing gown! Staff all very pleasant and...

This place has new management and its a big improvement on the previous people. The food was very good, although we are not too keen on the board for plates or the small dishes as the food soon gets cold, particularly outside, but its now a much more welcoming pub than before. The young lads were most obliging at the bar.
