Hotel clean and situated in town centre , has free parking in adjacent NCP car part although that in itself was a sore point as because my ticket was not recognized it took 30 minutes to find staff or answer the help button to resolve the situation.
Hotel staff pleasant and helpful , room clean and everything in place. Like a lot of these places they charge excessive prices for food and drink for average fare so I would recommend eating out. Nothing to do with staff but a company policy.

Located very close to the town centre and with an NCP multistory car park right next door (which is free if you're staying), this particular Premier Inn offers clean, comfortable accommodation at a very reasonable price. Considering its sited near a hotel and a busy road, I found room very quiet and heard hardly any noise at night.
Their ground floor restaurant offers a pretty good choice of standard pub meals. Staff are friendly and accommodating.

We had just returned from New Zealand. We were very tired and needed everything to be right.it was the night receptionist was welcoming the room was clean, warm and ready. The evening meal was freshly cooked and delicious. The peaceful 12 hour sleep was heavenly. The morning breakfast was cooked to order and all the staff were attentive and smiling. The whole short stay was exactly right. The whole team were brilliant well done.

I spend a lot of time staying in Premier Inn establishments through work, I particularly spend a lot of time at this PI because my best customer is based near here. Of all the PI's I stay in this one is the best by far. The team are amazing, their attention to detail is beyond exemplary without being (up its own @&S3).
I have enjoyed many varied quality establishments through my job, but this crew of staff/carers are the best. They care in a familial way which suits me well. There are no airs and graces it's just real honest customer care. As opposed to t'interweb customer care which is to leave you on hold for 30 mins only to transfer you to a dead line.
Paul the chef is a true gentleman and will happily cook his menu to your needs or tastes and he loves his chance to nousish our souls and bodies.... Top bloke.
Manda(Lynn), Jake and Dijon the duty managers are my mates and Tashan who has now left to advance his mind is as well but he's gone to Uni 🧐😒😤🙄.
As mentioned previously, I'm an old roadie and have enjoyed a pretty 5 star lifestyle, top hotels flightss etc blah blah blah, but staying here is like respite where I can relax and just get on with earning a living.
Thanks guys.

The accessible room needs a refurbish and advice on how to meet the needs of customers with mobility issues. Eg bed was too low, not enough space between bed and wall. Tiles missing in the bathroom. location of light switch, hand soap, plug sockets all need to be reassessed.

I was greeted and welcomed by the lovely Manda, who had throughout the days been nice enough to check in with us now and then. -warming food -history of Luton -a good laugh.
Frances, great customer service and definitely makes sure that you are happy with everything and is more than welcome to help or adjust anything we were unsure about. Very pleasant when I came a few times for breakfast.
Paul, what a true delight to have a chef like him. Well mannered indeed. Hard working! My gosh the food was lovely EVERY time. Offers to make a fried egg rather than scrambled. Easy to talk with and will truly look after you. Continental breakfast was just as much a treat.
Tashan, a wonderful afternoon staff. He was very easy going when it came to refilling of our condiments in our room. Approachable and humble.

Because of these few people we were able to have an enjoyable stay. I am not one to go out of my way to write a review but they and this Premier Inn have met my requirements, my expectations and delivered excellent service all round.

Many Thanks All,
Have an awesome year and keep it up x

POSITIVES

My cousin and I stayed at The Premier Inn Hotel in Luton .
On arrival Anna and Angel teceptionists greeted us with a friendly and polite manner . good customer service. We accidentally booked a room online with a double bed instead of 2 single beds and was very grateful Angel intervened and found us another room with the facilitys needed.I previously paid for breakfast but realised our flight was early AM and was refunded money back which was great.

NEGATIVES

The Toilet seat in Room 135 was not secure it was very loose and unacceptable. I am sure staff should check every equipment in the room before they book it out to the general public.
Other than that it was ok for 1 night.

I have stayed at many Premier Inn's all over the country through work and leisure. This is without a doubt the worst I've experienced. My stay was from a Friday until Sunday on Business.
Both nights were booked with the so called "Meal Deal" included, along with breakfast.
I was told 30 to 40 minutes wait for food at 19.00 hrs with no more than 4 or 5 tables occupied and the following morning i asked if i could have a take away cup for my coffee but they didn't have any.
Saturday nights "Meal Deal" wasn't a deal at all as at 20.00 hrs they had no desserts left!
Also a lot of the so called Freevieiw channels were not working on the hotel tv and the fact that they want to charge you for a decent WiFi connection in this day and age is ridiculous!
