What ever you do don't arrive in the dark ! It's completely unclear where to park, the location of reception and then the rooms. Arrived after a long drive then messed about for 30 minutes before eventually getting to my room. Car park very badly lit so beware. Didn't get any better ... Bottled beer in the bar was warm...

Been at the Luton Hoo for a full day meeting. The venue is great, front entrance parking slightly annoying with people parking in two spaces and as the see fit! Main car park a few yards off the building Entrain am main hall breathtaking. Staff vet polite, attentive, and look after clients really well. Meeting room downstairs is fantastic but...

We went for the afternoon tea, at £30 each. The grounds are beautiful, the house imposing, staff are pleasant. Note that the directions take you to a car park that is quite some distance walk from the entrance doors. (In fact you can park in front of the house if there is space) We were quickly shown to our table...

We stayed at the Hotel as part of the Landrover experience next door (shame they no longer allow you to use the gate close to the Spa so you have the 5 minutes drive around the estate). Even the standard rooms in the annex are very spacious with proper bathrooms. The main restaurant with its high ceilings, chandeliers, marble finish...

We spent a night at Luton Hoo over the weekend for anniversary celebrations and both really enjoyed it. The property is not far from London and close to the Luton airport but felt isolated which was very nice. There is some noticeable air traffic overhead though if that's something that bothers you. The staff are super accommodating here and are...

My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend and highly recommend it. Great facilities, including tennis courts, a well equipped gym and a pool big enough to actually swim in. The breakfast buffet was impressive with a good selection of continental choices as well as a large cooked menu. Breakfast in the Mansion House is much more formal...

Brilliant service and staff. Superb value. We three blokes turned up with muddy mountain bikes and clothing after a day our in the Chilterns and the welcome and service we got was befitting of kings. The staff were great and could not be helpful enough in storing our equipment. The shooting with Peter Lee and James was excellent, superb instruction,...

A lovely hotel and staff generally excellent but service in Adam's Brasserie is extremely poor. Sat down at 7:40pm and taken over an hour to finalise our order, which was taken a second time because they couldn't read the waitresses writing! Would not expect this for a five star hotel! Can't comment on food as hasn't arrived .... and be...

This hotel is elegant and situated in rural delightful surroundings. The rooms are spacious, clean and neat. Great breakfast. Nice staff and good service. Stayed in the garden house. Free car service to the main building. Nice fitness center.
