Detailed Reviews
We couldn’t have been better looked after during our stay here. It was a real treat to stay at Beachborough and enjoy the local area. Rooms are generous size, clean and comfortable. Continental breakfast was lovely, with plenty of fresh fruit, pot of fresh coffee and bottles of milk each morning all delivered with a smile. The owners are very friendly and caring, it’s really nice to find somewhere we could relax with kid and dog, plenty of space for both to run around and perfect location for exploring the local seaside towns and countryside. A wonderful holiday, we can’t wait to go back. Lovely pub close by (5 min drive) and Hythe (8 mins) also has plenty of choice for places to eat and a couple of supermarkets so we had some picnics too. Highly recommend the little steam train route too from Hythe- so much to do and Beachborough was a perfect base.

The room at Beachborough Park was comfortable and clean. We chose Beachborough Park for its close proximity to the channel tunnel and quite location away from the main road as we wanted our motorbike to be out of sight and safe, which is was. As we were leaving before normal breakfast time we were provided with a takeaway breakfast which had plenty of items in the bag. Will definitely stop here again when we use the tunnel again.

Lovely people, lovely accommodation. We were greeted by Rob, who I assume is the owner and who couldn’t have been more welcoming. The room was sparkling clean and very comfortable. Continental breakfast in the sunshine ended a wonderful stay and was included in the price: cereal, fruit juice, yogurt, fresh fruit, croissants, toast and a selection of preserves. Great coffee too. We’ll be straight back on our next trip to France. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

My wife and I visited Beachborough park for one night on the occasion of her birthday at the end of June. We had booked table to our son and partners restaurant which is a short taxi ride away in Saltwood, near Hythe. The afternoon was dreary which was a shame because, if it had been a sunny summers day we could have sat out in Beachborough Parks lovely grass quadrangle which was in front of our bedroom. The accommodation was clean with a lovely comfortable bed and ensuite shower and toilet. Tea and coffee facilities were included. Rob, our host was delightful and once he realised we needed a taxi to the restaurant, offered to drop us off, which we accepted. Breakfast in the morning was a comprehensive continental affair, with a fresh cafetière of coffee plus croissants, bread, yoghurt, jams etc. Lovely. We had a delightful stay at this establishment and would recommend it. Beachborough Park is no more than a mile away from the Channel Tunnel entrance, which is a real bonus.

We stayed at Beachborough on both our way out to France and our return leg.
It’s location is perfect for the shuttle with the car journey from the site taking only a few minutes.
The host Rob is lovely, he is on hand to meet and greet you on arrival and provided us a breakfast to go as we were leaving very early on both stays.
Accommodation is very clean and rooms are cosy and well looked after.
The grounds were perfect to exercise our two Labrador’s, with a large paddock at the rear where you can have a long walk or throw a ball!
In summary a gem very close to the shuttle and perfect to break up a long journey.

My partner and I had the pleasure of staying at Beachborough Park for a long weekend last week as we were attending a wedding nearby in Saltwood.
Upon arrival we were taken aback by the beautifully kept grounds, peacefulness and overall tranquility of the place.
Rob showed us towards our room, a lovely little cottage which was impeccably clean with fresh tea and coffee making facilities.
Breakfast times were discussed and the daily breakfast consisted of lovely warm pastries and fresh filtered coffee.
Rob is one of the most hospitable hosts we’ve ever had the joy of meeting and we’d definitely stay at Beachborough Park again as a base to explore surrounding Kent.
Thanks Rob,
Hollie & Rodrigo

Beachborough Park is in a lovely location and is a simple yet very warm and welcoming B&B. Literally 3 mins from Eurotunnel meant no worries about onward travel times.
We only spent one night but area looks great for a couple of days walking and exploring. Hopefully next time.

Just stayed one night recently after visit to relatives in Hythe. Simple, comfortable and full of history. Accommodation in converted stable block was cosy and warm. Simple but delicious continental breakfast delivered by Rob in the morning. Everything is spotless, and our dog was made welcome too. A very nice meal at The Gatekeeper in the neighbouring village of Etchinghill two days after inside eating was allowed meant a joyous atmosphere from the staff. All in all a lovely short break and much recommended. Thank you Rob and all your family x

+1
Me and my dog (Charlie) spent a two night break at Beachborough Park. We were warmly welcomed on arrival by our host, Rob. The setting was absolutely beautiful and the room was lovely - clean, bright, spacious (for me and Charlie) - and with all amenities. I was particularly grateful to Rob for providing me with a gluten free breakfast (on request) and a dog biscuit for Charlie! I had a wonderful stay and can not wait to go back.

Very amiable and helpful owner/manager? No reception area or dining room, continental breakfast is served in your room only. Rooms were comfortable and quiet. This is not a hotel, it is a motel. Local pubs closed on monday evening si beware, you may end up with an M&S meal deal for your evening meal, like I did. Handy for tunnel but it's a motel not hotel.

Hi. Yes there is a small slip road from the A20 which links directly to the terminal entrance lane. We are no more than 3 minutes drive from the terminal. Rob
"Has EV charging. And only 5 mins from Channel Tunnel. Might need a powerful fan if it's hot as no AC. Also very dog friendly."Read full review
