I stayed here as an over night with a big group of friends exploring the local areas and on the way to Dover. The hotel staff were extremely friendly, fast check in and out, bar staff made sure we did not go thirsty. The rooms seemed spacious and if I ever came back to this part of the country I...

We love everything about this hotel, nice clean room with a great view, good breakfast. Located right by coastal path. But the best thing has to be the staff who are all polite, cheerful and happy to help. And a big thank you to Andy the restaurant manager who made our Anniversary special. Can't wait to go again.

Decided to stay in this hotel after a recommendation from a friend. The room & bathroom were brilliant, although it was a struggle to close the heavy curtains as the windows were so tall (a pulley system or rid would be helpful). The staff, in particular Chloe, & another young lady whose name I'm afraid I don't know, were really...

I booked this hotel for it's location close to the channel tunnel & that it accepted dogs. We booked about 2 weeks in advance & on the Friday prior to our arrival I received an email advising me that there was an 'event' booked for the night of our stay on the Saturday & that we should expect busy periods...

Quite enjoyed our stop here. Nice location just a few yards to Leas Promenade. Room clean and comfortable. Breakfast ok, attended a party in the function room, buffet lovely. Hotel is undergoing a refurbishment programme which will take time. However, there are little things that could be done relatively cheaply which would make some drastic improvements. One thing that springs...

Can't fault it. Staff so friendly and obviously enjoy their jobs. That makes a huge difference to the ambiance. We booked a twin room, but on arrival we were told we had been upgraded to a superior room. Well it was gorgeous. The views were amazing, huge bathroom and the beds were sumptuous. We spent two nights here half board....

Hotel well located - short walk along the front into Folkstone. Limited on site parking, but plenty of street parking. May be more of a problem in busier seasons. Very grand entrance and reception areas.

I stayed here in February 2017 and I was staying to get to know the area better. I think the hotel is lovely, clean, room was modern and bed was comfortable. I slept very well. The food in the restaurant was good and I enjoyed eating there. The one complaint I would have about the hotel is when I asked...
