if you are travelling in Scotland and your standards are higher than your budget, look no further. This B&B to n Dunoon is comfortable and friendly. We felt welcome and even had a degree of privacy with a sitting room for guests, stocked with books and board games. As if this wasn't enough, the view was unforgettable. I will return.

I have been going to this B&B for around 7-8 years (I come here approx. 3/4 times per year and I will always come back). Hosts are great, helpful and very genuine. Rooms are comfortable (2 have great sea views) there is wifi, and one of rooms has corner bath. Breakfast is very tasty and filling and its approx. 5-10...

Homely B&B overlooking the Hunters Quay ferry with superb views out into the bay. Décor a little old fashioned, but rooms very clean. A lovely 40 minute walk along the seafront to Dunoon centre. Rita cooks the biggest and best breakfasts.

My wife and I stayed one night as we were looking at some property in the area. The host was friendly and showed us our room, wow, great view! The room was well appointed, the bed comfortable and the bathroom really nice. The shower was really powerful! We had full breakfast which was absolutely gorgeous and kept us going all...

Our second visit in six months and everything just as great. A little gem that delivers on all levels. It feels so easy & comfotable that you jus relax and chill. Nothing is too much trouble, the breakfasts are outstanding, and the whole experience is fantastic. We will be back 😀

Spent a wet and rainy night here and really enjoyed the location overlooking the harbour, with the ferry terminal nearby and the lights on the opposite shores (3 of them) winking at us. The room was sufficient with a double bed, tea making and a tidy clean ensuite. The best part was the bay window seat where we could watch...

If you are looking for a B&B in Dunoon look no further. The Undercliffe would put many hotels to shame. The cleanliness of the rooms and shared areas are spotless. As for the breakfast, the plate of food they serve could feed two people. Overall this is fantastic value for money.
