Lovely apartment very comfortable & great coffee shop in the garden. We had amazing walks in hay & a trip to hay bluff. Just wished we had more time here. Already planning the next trip when lockdown will be properly over

The Bridge is set in glorious surroundings right on the bank of the river Wye. The accommodation is absolutely first class with everything you’d need for a very comfortable stay. All local facilities are just a short walk away, including a really good coffee shack in the garden that leads down to the river. Johnny is very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast included cereals, fresh fruits etc, and an excellent cooked breakfast. I have no hesitation recommending The Bridge and would always stay there if I was in the area.

Very friendly welcome, warm room, comfortable bed, plenty of hot water and excellent toiletries and other provisions. Room lighting was fantastic. Very quiet - wouldn't know it was next to a road. Hosts were lovely and extremely helpful and accommodating.

We came here for a short weekend away. It was a lovely clean and cosy room, with a very comfortable bed. The hosts were extremely friendly and relaxed, and we really enjoyed our stay. Close to everything meaning we could do plenty of book shopping! Would definitely recommend.

Lovely stay at The Bridge. Comfy space in the cellar apartment with everything you would need. Gracious and thoughtful hosts made our stay perfect. Super close to all the bookshops and pubs of central Hay. Very highly recommended and will certainly be staying here again.
