What a fantastic part of old England the owners were so kind and helpful nothing to much trouble . the room was warm and clean with every thing we needed to make it a great weekend . breakfast was super good whole sum and plenty of choice . To sum up a amazing place with wonderful people.

I had a very happy stay at Hawthorn Farm. As a single older woman the place felt safe and welcoming. The owners were kind and helpful. The room was a little home from home,clean and comfortable.Breakfast was superb. Happy customer

We have just got back from a wonderful stay at Hawthorn Farm, I cannot fault this place. It is comfy, cosy and has everything you need! The best thing is the owners, who cannot do enough and seem genuinely happy to have you stay, which is a rarity now days!! The breakfast was excellent, made fresh to order and lots... More

Lovely friendly place to stay while in Buxton very comfortable room, excellent breakfast and even though we only stayed 1 night the owners made us and our 4 year old grandson feel very welcome a proper farm b and b.

Hawthorn Farm was a wonderful experience. The room was comfortable, and the owners are welcoming and helpful in every way. The breakfast was delicious, and every consideration was taken into account for those with food considerations. A great place to stay, and I hope to return someday. I would highly recommend the farm.

Lovely old 16th cent building. The rooms and all were very clean and comfortable. Bed was very big and relaxing in the family room. Also the couple who own the hawthorn were very friendly but not overbearing, they were great with our kids and they cooked us an amazing breakfast in the morning. We will definitely stay again. Came here becoz my husbands one day training course ,my 2 and half y/o son and I tag along. The room is cozy and the host also prepared a single bed for my son.
