Wow, Grendon is a stunning and luxurious B& B! The hard work that hosts Andie & Neil have put in with the refurbishment can be seen in everything - Edwardian features throughout and my room was 'spotlessly clean' as was the rest of the shared areas of this grand house. I particularly loved the added perks of a remote controlled blind, robes and slippers not to mention the delicious, home baked shortbread biscuits made by Andie herself! The B&B is only a short walk into the lovely town of Buxton, Andie & Neil were great hosts and took me on a tour. We frequented a fabulous Italian restaurant and to top that off, the following day I was spoilt to the most generous and tasty Full English breakfast cooked Neil. Thank you for being such lovely hosts Andie & Neil, it is definitely ' THE BEST' B&B I have stayed in - for quality , service and friendliness! Fantastic stay, we're very fussy and everything was perfect. Friendly welcoming hosts, very comfortable bedroom and bed, super clean, delicious breakfast. Just a shame that it's effectively ruined every other place we'll stay at as they've set the standards so high!

We had been looking forward so much to our third stay in this perfect B&B and we were not disappointed. From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed and at home. Andie and Neil are perfect hosts, friendly and so helpful and our room was really comfortable and spotlessly clean. We loved the breakfast, homemade cakes and shortbread biscuits. This is a brilliant place to stay and we couldn't suggest any improvements at all!

What a wonderful weekend! We can't thank Andie and Neil enough for sharing their beautiful home with us. They were both so welcoming and we felt truly looked after. Our room (Derwent) was gorgeous. The beds were so comfortable. The refreshments tray and homebaked shortbread were lovely touch. Delicious breakfast, served to order and the quality of ingredients used, second to none! Every day, a freshly baked and individually wrapped homebaked treat was left fir guests in the breakfast room. These little touches really made it and truly memorable and much appreciated experience. We'll be back!

Always a pleasure to stay at Grendon. Always a friendly welcome and hospitality and yummy homemade cakes and biscuits. Rooms are always clean and fresh. There is always fresh milk in the room fridge for those early morning cuppa's

Quite simply one of the very best B&Bs in the country and we have stayed in quite a few! The hosts have thought of everything to constitute a comfortable stay and on top of this you get delicious home baking (and lots of it), a fabulous and extremely generous breakfast, and an immaculately maintained, most attractive property. In addition, the property is a reasonable walk away from the charming bars and restaurants in the centre of Buxton.

Another wonderful stay at Grendon! It really is the best, from a warm welcome with cakes, perfect rooms and great breakfasts. 15 minute walk into Buxton with its bars, pubs and restaurants. Andie and Neil will advise on where to eat, walks and any other information needed about the area. They are very knowledgeable. Tye B & B is well situated fir all Derbyshire has to offer. Our 3rd visit but not our last.

Made to feel welcome from the moment we walked through the door. Lovely house that is spotlessly clean. The room was the twin room and was comfy with a good ensuite bathroom. The breakfast was delicious with a good choice of food and drinks. Annie and Neil were great hosts.

Our fourth visit & we wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Buxton. Beautiful house & extremely comfortable rooms, with tasty & plentiful breakfasts. Andie & Neil are really friendly hosts & are very knowledgeable about the area, including places to eat & visit. Would highly recommend.
