This is the most expensive premier inn in the country . £132 a night is a joke . Rooms and bathroom is so cramped . There was hardly any space between the toilet seat and the sink . They are charging four star / five star prices for a budget hotel . Absolutely disgraceful

Good afternoon, Thank you for taking the time to review your recent stay with us. I'm sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the rate you paid for your room, we work on a live rate so prices can fluctuate based on demand and availability and due to this our prices can change at regular intervals, increasing during high demand and decreasing when we're not so busy. However, please be assured we do monitor the local area to ensure we’re still competitively priced. Our sincere apologies again for any disappointment caused due to this but I hope that we can welcome you back in future for a much more enjoyable stay. Kind Regards, Laura

Stayed in many Premier Inns, you pretty much know what you're going to get. This one was clean, quiet, ample parking and in a good location (once you find it)! Receptionist friendly and plenty of eateries nearby. Will definitely re-book should I be back in the area.

Rooms very small compared to other premier inns. no air con rooms can get very warms. and bathrooms cramped and dated. Baths are very small. Hotel is in a great location. Overall the hotel was good for what we wanted it for.

Stayed here for 3 months on Business staff very friendly and also willing to help nothing to much trouble Due to staying such a long time staff reserved same room every week Would advise if staying ask for an odd number room as this faces on to lake and cuts out traffic noise

I have some times heard music from the pub / restaurant. If your stay is Friday or Saturday you may want to check that your room is not facing that direction.

Has anyone stayed here for the v festival? How easy is it to get there?
Hi there, Thanks for your query. Unfortunately I am not completely sure the best way to get to V Festival from the hotel, however if you give the team a call on 0333 777 3683 (Option #) then they will be happy to let you know. Thanks, Keiran
