My wife and myself along with our two teenager daughters stayed in 2 rooms here. Both were very clean and comfortable with good modern en-suites.

The owner was very friendly and seemed genuinely interested in her guests.

The cooked breakfast was delicious and arrive very quickly.

It is only about 10 mins walk to the centre of Banbury so its location is ideal.

My daughters didn't complain about the free wifi so that must have been ok as well!

Enjoyed our weekend break at this beautiful Guest House.
Decided to have a break away and this hit the spot.
On our arrival we were quickly checked in & taken to our room, Room 2 is a Twin Room which suited us down to the ground, tea, coffee facilities in the room along with shower gel, soap & shampoo.
We walked into town each evening for a meal, train & bus stations minutes away to travel to London or Birmingham.

We only stayed one night, parking available & we were greeted upon arrival by a nice lady she explained set up & who took our breakfast order for the morning. Room very clean & tidy. We had a good nights sleep & bathroom facilities good too. Breakfast cooked & served by another nice lady, great food, would stay again.

What a horrible dirty rip off…

Room had mould in bathroom toilet seat hanging off tap hanging off window would not close

Dust everywhere “caked” even inside wardrobe so did not put cloths there..

No water

No soap or shower gel. Because of covid what a silly excuse

Shocking state of cleaning as so dirty

Decor in hotel at least 20 years dated…

Decor in room looks like a charity shop

Bed uncomfortable and not pillow or mattress protectors so dirty!!

Breakfast non existent and lights all turned out

The lady manager calls everyone Love and simply does not care and has ridiculous excuses for the company’s lack of maintenance and did nothing to resolve issues..

For £87 per night this is 1 star not 4 and should be closed down and not be ripping customers off staying in dirty mouldy rooms without any investment or even a bar of soap..

Asked for coffee in morning but was told no…

Cannot imagine what the breakfast would have been like for an additional £15 I think I escaped that!!

avoid this dirty place as it’s the worst in Banbury BG far and they simple do not car

premier Inn almost half the price and very 4 star..

I escaped after one night as could not stay in such a dirt hole for more than one night..

DO NOT STAY HERE at your own risk!!!

A perfectly good hotel for the price, with a good size room and well-appointed bathroom. The room was clean, with coffee and tea making facilities, and a flat screen TV of a good size.

Breakfast was lovely, catering to any choice of cooked breakfast you could want. Would definitely stay again.

Spent three nights at this excellent guest house where we met up with friends from another part of the country. We were met by Debbie who made us very welcome and arranged for our room to be right opposite each other which made it very convenlent. Our room was situated upstairs at the rear of the property and was very quiet clean and bright. There is ample car parking at the rear and the premises are a short walk into Banbury centre. Overall a nice few days away and a nice break.

We arrived just before check in, the lady who was on reception was gracious to let us in, we were checked on within minutes and shown to our room.
Our room was on the ground floor overlooking the front garden, beautiful bathroom with a bath and shower overhead.
Breakfast was an additional price but all fresh vegetables ie mushrooms and tomatoes, also fresh blueberries for the yoghurt, delicious.
Our room was serviced daily, and clean towels every two days, no need to ask.
We both look forward to visiting again in the future.
Thank you ladies for the laughs in the morning, started each day with a smile.

Perfect getaway, from a short walk into the town centre and easy driving into the Cotswolds.
Was greeted warmly by the receptionist and given the details i needed for my stay.
The Housekeeping staff came into my room daily and made my bed and topped up supplies ie tea, coffee etc.
I enjoyed breakfast for a couple of the mornings of my stay, the Full English is a must, good quality bacon & sausages.
Give it a try if staying in Banbury.

A quick stop en route elsewhere with two children. A warm welcome and a beautifully presented room - clean and comfortable - everything we wanted.

Breakfast was delicious, and the team were really kind bad attentive to my 2y/o who went headlong into a plate of pancakes! My own full English filled a Sunday morning shaped hole perfectly.

Recommend this place and will be back next time we are in Banbury.

My partner and myself stopped for one night on the way home from Pembrokeshire to Lancashire. On arrival, we were met with a warm welcome from Debbie who gave us the choice of rooms in light of the hot weather. The room was clean and comfortable. Ideally located to the town centre were there are host of watering holes and restaurants to choose from. Enjoyed a nice cup of fresh coffee outside on the terrace.

Thank you Debbie x
