I have stayed here a number of times and have to say it is a clean and friendly hotel. The location is great, in the centre of Banbury, and the rooms are clean and warm. I had a garden view room and could hear the church bells which was lovely. The staff are friendly and polite

Dear WorldTraveller2plus2, Thank you for leaving your feedback regarding your recent stay with us at Whately Hall. Our rooms at Whately are as you rightly mention and have squeaky floorboards which comes with the age of the building. In the next few weeks, refurbishment works commence on all 69 of our rooms where we endeavour to keep this rustic charm whilst ensuring that they are modernised and have all the modern facilities. Our restaurant are will also be having a full refurbishment, one of which I'm sure you would enjoy and would encourage that you dine with us once complete. We look forward to welcoming you back. Kind regards Leigh Gerard Deputy General Manager h6633-dm@accor.com
