Stayed for four nights in Decmber 2014. Room: warm, comfortable, quiet. Nice lounge. First rate full English breakfast - including fried bread! Staff efficiient and friendly. The price was very reasonable. I strongly recommend this hotel.

Recently stayed here. Room overlooking sea , somewhat old decor/style but beautiful view and goos sized room. Beds very comfortable. The outstanding things about this hotel are the view from sea facing room and the notably professional young lady receptionist who was on for three evenings of our stay here who always greeted us with a smile and for whom...

We recently stayed at the Kingsway and paid for a premium room with a view, the view was great overlooking the sea front but the room was in need of updating and felt like something out of the 80's Fawlty Towers show. The staff were very friendly and helpful and they have a lift that is made for two and...

The room I stayed in was outside the main building, in a next door house, however with the strong winds felt that night it was painful to travel between main building for breakfast and dinner and the other building where the room was. The room was quite small and not even a lamp on the table there was. To compensate,...

The hotel is a typical old fashioned seaside hotel with no fancy trimmings but comfortable rooms and they do deliver with the sea views it was a pleasure to open the balcony door and sit out on an October evening with a drink looking at...

Stayed here for one night. Ideal seafront location and some available parking - we were lucky to find a space. If you want a basic room with no frills and no food this is ideal. We stayed in the townhouse the room was large and clean. However, the bathroom was very basic and previous occupants toiletries were on the high...

Had nothing but praise for this hotel. Had my 40th birthday party here, and it was fantastic. They couldn't of done anymore to help us. We had a buffet which was absolutely fantastic. Hot and cold food. We had some left over, which we didn't know. But they gave it too us too take home the next day. Staff very...
