In a beautiful seafront position close to shops and the heart of Worthing whilst enjoying a quiet remove from the bustle of the centre of Worthing. All our rooms have private en-suites. We have a number of rooms with stunning sea views whilst some of the other rooms overlook neighbouring gardens with the South Downs in the distance. Since Covid 19 our bookings are on a room only basis but there is a wealth of cafes and shops nearby offering breakfasts to suite all budgets. Open to residents and non-residents alike, there is a friendly bar open from Thursday - Sunday with a log burner creating a home-from-home atmosphere. Drinks can be ordered to room or our terrace on the days our bar is closed. We welcome parties and events throughout the year and are happy to discuss prices for longer stays and business clients, simply give us a ring to discuss your requirements. Bicycle and motorbike storage is available upon request.

Such a wonderful and friendly place to stay. Martyn and Jane are welcoming hosts. Amazing sea view from my bedroom. Very comfortable room and fantastic choices for breakfast. Conveniently placed for walks along the promenade and very close to the theatre and the shops.

Sea front location Nice hotel, very clean. Nice room with a comfortable bed. Had a warm welcome on arrival with Jane. Who arranged car parking and some local information Martin we meet the following day for breakfast which was very nice well done 👍

Nice simple check in and directed where parking was for 3 quid a day and gave reg of car and zone area that was in as front seaview parking wasnt in the zone and was much dearer using parking meters.so zone b marine b n b side or side streets he has map indoors of where that is around the b n b so paid with him that he showed me room was a small back room and fire zone door not balcony.small tv t n coffee bed was ok but small and slightly uncomfortable double and not much room either side.shower and fine for a few nights.couple who owned it nice and breakfast was 830 til 9.30 9.30 last orders.location good safe and quiet sife streets to town resturants near and sea front in front so ideal.clean and safe stay.quite warm in the room fan needed really.

Sad to get a below par score as you seemed to have a great time and we work hard to provide a friendly service, clean, characterful and comfortable rooms at a range of budgets not to mention cheap parking vouchers, a cracking complimentary breakfast etc etc... You booked our small economically priced double and so we would suggest you book a larger room in any future accommodation choice.

This is the second time I have stayed and both times I have had a very friendly and warm welcome. The room was lovely with plenty of tea and coffee also a table in the hall with more if needed which was good. Cannot fault the breakfast 😋 and had plenty of choice and was freshly cooked.

Wtook a look at other reviews, so many a good and positive ones! Well, Martin and Jane well deserve that! Our stay too had been a very good experience; excellent breakfast with a wide choice of fruit, cereals, jams and more, cooked English breakfast very good. In a world dominated by mediocrity, it was a joy to see how Martin and Jane were taking pride in their work, and they really went the extra mile to make us feeling at home. The warm welcome when we arrived set the tone for our entire stay. Martin and Jane are such a lovely couple, so outgoing and helpful. The guest house has a wonderful view on the seafront. The room we stayed in, while small, was very comfortable and more than adequate for our needs. Breakfast is a pure feast! From fruit selection, cereals, coffee pot (always welcome!) to a hearty, tasty cooked breakfast, excellent way to start the day. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to everyone and fully intend to return when down that way again.

Nice little gem, the guest house is only a 10min walk to town. Parking is quite easy. Breakfast is wonder. Martin and Jane are very friendly host who go the distance to ensure you enjoy your stay in Worthing

It’s a little run down but we had a decent stay. The location is great, but the noise and view from our room wasn’t good, with someone’s fire escape opening up right next to our window. And the shouting wasn’t fun to listen to. The breakfast was average and small. You have to ask for two eggs if you want them. Just average and ok for the money.

Our guests are welcome to order what even they wish for breakfast and eat as much as they wish ; Full English breakfast, cereals, fresh fruit, yogurt, toast, coffee tea etc . Sadly we are not mind readers and therefore the general procedure is to ask guests what they would like and we then prepare what they ask for. As the breakfast is complimentary we are not really sure what's not to like. We live on site and if there is anything amiss or concerns we are always pleased to assist if you just ask. A huge notice board reiterates this and our contact telephone number is clearly displayed. There seems to be a pattern developing here!!
