Worst hotel I've ever stayed in if I had payed £30 maybe I would understand but to pay £65 for one night, room was tiny didn't look like it had been cleaned for months, blood stains on the wall. Will never stay in this hotel again

Arriving to signs advising guests not to wear muddy boots whilst in the hotel and on checking in realising it cost extra for a smile from the receptionist my expectations were not high and I was not disappointed. A bathroom with tiles coming off the wall and a less than comfortable bed were the low lights.

Twenty years ago I graduated from the university of Wolverhampton and the night of my graduation I stayed in a really posh hotel known as the "Britannia Hotel". Having gone back twenty years later as I was treating my wife to a night out at the darts (I know what your thinking...he knows how to show his wife a good...

After regularly having stayed at this hotel, due to the good prices and convenient location in the city, I am bitterly disappointed that after TWICE contacting the hotel via their "contact us" facility on their website, they have failed to come back with any answer to my queries. I first contacted on 11th November, then about a week later and...

Stayed two nights and I cannot totally complain. The price was good. Booked a single room and they did not have, so I was upgraded to a double (no extra fees). Staff is kind, although some responses they offered were incomplete. Recommended if you are going for short-stay.

After reading reports I was worried about what we would find. How ever I was pleasantly surprised . nice entrance warm and welcoming with the Xmas tree .Our twin room on the first floor was spacious , clean and warm ,comfy bed and plenty of lighting .cant find fault with anything value for money .

Stayed here for three nights for the darts ,to be honest it was fine for the ridiculously small price we paid ,yes the hotel is a bit dated but it's warm and clean ,the location is fantastic for transport and a short walk into central Wolverhampton.I would definitely stay again in the future

Stayed one night for a darts event so the good points were that the hotel is in the town close to bus & train station & a short walk for where we needed to go in the evening, lobby area is inviting can't think of any more plus points!! Bad points are..... room small, bed small, wallpaper coming off walls...

Me and my friends have been staying here for the last 4 years to watch the darts during November. This year me and my 2 friends jimmy and pep all agreed that this is the best place to stay for multiple reasons. It has excellent links to the train/ bus stations which are a 2 minute stroll away. Plenty of...
