Detailed Reviews
I would highly recommend this friendly, comfortable and accommodating hotel. We normally stay with family when visiting the Midlands, but because of the current COVID restrictions were unable to do so. We had booked the Molineux suite for the weekend for the family rooms in the attic, but the manager called the day before, on what was the hottest day of the year, to suggest that as the attic rooms can get quite warm, did we want to upgrade to two large double rooms on the floor below. As we weren’t sure, she kindly agreed to let us wait until our arrival and look at both options before making our decision. We followed her recommendation and really enjoyed our stay in the spacious double rooms overlooking the park. We really appreciated the extra work that would have been entailed to ensure that both sets of rooms were ready, especially in these times of COVID regulations and were really reassured by the level of care shown with hand sanitisers in use throughout the hotel and each dining table prepared and cellophane wrapped for breakfast. The breakfast itself was lovely. The friendly manager took a lot of time to ensure our stay was excellent and I would definitely stay there again.

Yesterday my sister held her wedding at Hamiltons. Sat and her team went above and beyond from the many weeks of planning to yesterday. The venue and tables looked stunning, even though covid restrictions were in place. We had use of outside space and as people say many photos taken in the photo booth and the bride and groom had a dance under the pagoda outside. The food was excellent and Sat came up with a unusual and bespoke menu. Thank you Sat and you team. The whole family were very impressed with your boutique hotel and restaurant and commented it was a real find, that many were not aware of of Hamiltons.
Guests commented that rooms were immaculate and decorated to a high standard
I will have no hesitation about recommending this little gem in wolverhampton.

Thank you for taking the time to review on TripAdvisor. The team and I are very happy to hear that your sister's wedding finally happened after the delays experienced. We were all able to enjoy her wedding and all the hard work in planning and organising finally came together. Your comments have been shared amongst the team and your top score is amazing. I hope other potential bride and grooms will read your review and feel more assured that a social distance wedding can still happen. We look forward to you returning back and enjoying a meal at Hamiltons Restaurant.

The room was booked by a colleague for a business meeting we had nearby. On arrival I was greeted with a very warm welcome, the receptionist was being trained and both she and the owner were so lovely, I knew from then it would be a good stay.
I was asked if I would be dining in and explained I was waiting for my colleague to confirm that the restaurant could cater for my food allergy (gluten)....the owner was keen to advise that they had a great GF menu and that breakfast had GF sausages (a very rare find). Well, the restaurant couldn't cater for me so we opted to eat at Hamiltons, the hotel restaurant.
The meal was superb! I would definitely recommend the steak for two deal. Really lovely.
Breakfast was equally excellent also, great selection of continental and a cracking cooked option, all GF (cooked).
The service was amazing, so friendly, the hotel is clean and welcoming. All together I would highly recommend this little hotel.
Top Marks!

Had a overnight stop over here was clean and Basic room meant to have all singing and dancing shower the only dance was me trying to get wet off body jets the bar area is laid out more like a restaurant so don’t feel like could relax and have a beer. Glad we didn’t stay when the football was on as the car park is on a first come first serve basis and they offer a burger and a pint with free parking to people going to watch the football. The breakfast had plus and minus the minus being you have to order the night before the plus was that it was a very good breakfast good ingredients and cooked well staff was all friendly

Thank you for taking the time to review, all feedback is appreciated. The hotel is a very popular spot when Wolves play at Molineux, however we always prioritise our non-football guests and arrange pre-booked car park spaces and dinner can be booked at quieter times. As a small hotel business, we have moved to a pre-ordered breakfast service to avoid wastage, it's a system that is working, but will surely be keeping the use of high quality ingredients and provide a variety of options for breakfast that is cooked to order.

A Park View Hotel is near the centre of Wolverhampton and overlooks the 43 acre West Park. Our room was an Executive King which faced towards the park. The room was spacious with King sized bed, TV, Coffee, Tea, etc, and added extras such as a twin USB charging point, Ironing board and Iron, and Jacuzzi type shower complete with radio. We had 2 courses of Sunday lunch which was excellent. a sizeable portion of Roast beef, Yorkshires and all the trimmings. Breakfast is ordered the previous day via a tick-list which included everything you would need for a hearty breakfast. I opted for a full English, all cooked to perfection. The Management and staff were extremely friendly and it is obvious that they are all experienced in providing an excellent service. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, and will certainly stay there again if in Wolverhampton or surrounding areas.

I booked the restaurant (Hamilton's) for a post-wedding Afternoon Tea party.
Due to covid, the restaurant made alterations to the layout and allowed us to have the outside of the venue for the wedding party.
Not only this, the staff were extremely friendly and polite and constantly went above and beyond (e.g. being flexible with the times that we had parts of the afternoon tea served) as well as giving us a prosecco reception on arrival.
I will definitely be coming back and will definitely be recommended others around the area to do so. My thoughts were echoed by ALL of the guests of the party who praised the excellent quality of food and pleasantness of the staff.
Well done!

Thank you for your amazing review, you have been our first wedding to take place since we were able to reopen and hold a social distance wedding. The weather held out, bride & groom looked stunning and it was lovely to see such a relaxed mini afternoon tea wedding. Thank you again for sharing your review for others to read. We look forward to welcoming you back soon.

A perfect traditional hotel, overlooking a quiet park and just 10/15 minutes walk to town and The Halls music venue. Very secure free parking was included, gates were locked at night with CCTV and a guard dog so very happy to leave the car here.
The room was large, very clean and traditionally furnished including bath robes, slippers, iron/board, fan and toiletries. Real keys are used rather than keycards so don't forget to lock the door on your way out.
Great bar with extensive cocktails and we had a really delicious meal in their on site restaurant Hamiltons which seems to be the best rated eatery in Wolverhampton!
My only niggle is I don't like pre ordering my breakfast down to what drink I want but it was delicious so not a problem.
All of the staff were so friendly and helpful even supplying a walking map to The Halls, we would definitely stay again if we had concert tickets.

Very much enjoyed my overnight stay. Room was very comfortable, the water pressure in the shower was brilliant, breakfast and dinner were excellent and very helpful and pleasant people running the show. Good car parking and whilst rooms are on a variety of levels in this handsome double fronted Victorian villa facing a lovely park (and there is no lift) there are several ground floor rooms and help was offered with bags in any case. I would definitely stay again. Also lots of interesting meal offers for non-residents - clearly a valued and well-known local resource for peiople who like dining in comfortable surroundings. Real linen napkins and chef's herb garden immediately outside.

Visited yesterday with a good friend on her recommendation for an afternoon tea.
The food came out on a slate platter rather than a typical afternoon tea stand which was a nice change 😊
The variety of sweet and savory treats was great. Not just the usual finger sandwiches. And 7 cakes each!! All of which were delicious. Unlimited tea and coffee which is always appreciated! Especially on a cold day.
Took a couple of the cakes home (I could have eaten them whilst there but thought I’d be kind and take some home for my better half!)
A lovely afternoon had by all. Great food and atmosphere. Followed by a walk in west park which is literally opposite the restaurant.
Would highly recommend and will be going back again 👍 ⭐️
