Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Food was ok, restaurant is decent but Carina is the real reason we keep coming back. She pours an amazing shamrock on a guiness and is the best company as a bar person! The early closing seems crazy and nothing more than a money saving exercise which would make sense if this wasn’t a place where a lot of company workers stayed therefore unnecessary!

We booked an accessible room which was great for my husband who walks with difficulty with two sticks. The bed was rather low for him and so on our departure we mentioned it at Reception. Immediately we were told that they have "elephant" feet which they can attach to the bed to make it higher and that next time we should mention that when we book and it will be fixed for us. I suggest that all staff are trained that whenever an accessible room is booked the customer is told it's a low bed which I appreciate some people with disabilities would prefer but all should be asked whether these feet would be required/a benefit/helpful. Other than that our stay was perfect and the room was good and clean. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The breakfast and evening meal in the restaurant were very good both the service and the food. We would stay here again.

The room was clean and fairly modern, we were on the ground floor. The bed was great and comfy, we slept very well. The room has extra pillows which were a great addition, the towels for the shower were clean and soft. The desk was useful and the wardrobe was good with plenty of storage space for a longer stay (we only stayed one night but is more than suitable for a 4-5 day stay easily) The only bad part was the bathroom, it was not that clean in general compared to the rest of the room and hotel, the shower which is over the bath tub was fine but the bath has some of a ceramics cracked off etc, the grouting around the bath and the sink area needed a good clean, it was grey and dirty, the main issue was that there was blood smeared on the bathroom wall above the toilet roll dispener.

Stayed for one night. The staff and room was nice. It was clean and comfortable. Drinks were there but no water or juice for my daughter so had to pay £2.40 for a bottle of water from vending machine Staff were friendly and helpful. We ate at the beefeater as this was recommend by staff but would not do it again . Very expensive for very average food Took 3 attempts to ask for some mayonnaise for 3 of us but they bought one small amount Food very expensive and we feel not good value

The hotel was clean and very comfortable, with friendly, welcoming staff and great food. A little way out of town, the price more than made up for the short drive to the city centre, and appeared to have bus links close by.

Arrived early asked to purchased early check-in was told it wasn't available, advised I had received an email saying it was. After some fussing about they allowed us to check in early. During the night we were awoken for 2 hours by the people above us were what sounded like jumping from bed to floor or bed to bed. We tried to call reception no answer. When we checked out we gave the room key and were simply asked by the checking out staff are you checking out. So we said yes. There was no how was your stay? Have a good day thank you for staying here. Stayed at many premier Inn and at this particular one 3 times now and it's fine down hill.
