Great little find. Small car park out the back , enough space for approx 10 cars. Check in was nice and easy. My room was up 2 flights of stairs which isn't ideal with luggage but I was of course helped. I can't comment on what's around the hotel as I stayed in. Room was lovely. Only moan would be...

The staff here are really lovely and couldn't be more helpful. We booked late (this is a very popular place) ended up in the best room, four poster bed, great nights sleep. Due to meeting friends we didn't book the breakfast.

One of the best places I have stayed in Wolverhampton. Personalised service, down to earth good people and overall feels like a homely place. Ken and Claudia are gem of people and will leave no leaf unturned to make sure your stay is comfortable. The food downstairs in the restaurant is good with wide selection. However, just check on timing...

We stayed at Ely House this month due to its location. I knew it was near the town centre which was convenient however having never stayed there before I wasn't sure what to expect. On arrival it was comforting to see that there was off road parking. The gentleman at reception was friendly and welcoming and showed us to our...

I went for only one night & had breakfast in the morning. There was room for parking and the service was excellent. The room was large and was very nicely furnished. The ensuite had a bath and shower which was great for me. The bed was comfy and the whole experience was very nice. The breakfast in the morning was...

Came here for a friends engagement party and found it a really nice hotel! The rooms are great! Clean, en suite bathroom/shower, comfy bed. Staff are wonderful and friendly, phoned reception from room and they booked a taxi for us. Bar is nice and serves a wide range of drinks. Morning breakfast was top quality and came with the room...

I booked the Ely House Hotel as I was completing in the Wolverhampton marathon in early September. I chose the hotel for its proximity to the race start/finish line and because it had good reviews. While I didn't find Wolverhampton a particularly pretty or interesting city, the Ely House hotel was the highlight of the trip. The hotel was lovely,...

Another excellent stay as come back to this hotel yearly. A warm reception from Ken (the owner) and well looked after by Claudia all weekend. Could not do enough for us and always get our favourite alcoholic drinks in for when we stay. Room lovely, very comfortable and clean. Breakfast excellent and great value for money. Excellent location for town...

The Ely House was quite a treat! Went to Wolverhampton to trace my ancestry and explore on my Honeymoon. They gave us 5-star treatment! The building is beautiful and historic, breakfast was awesome and the staff was top notch! Also, Wolverhampton is a very cool town with incredible history and friendly locals. I am going back and definitely staying at...

This hotel is great, we just needed a bed for the night because we were going to a fancy dress Halloween gig in Wolverhampton. It reminded us of a decent Travel lodge but with a more homely finish. Such as the double shower cubicle, very soft plush towels and complimentary toiletries. We cant fault the room in anyway however what...
