Great stay! This was a spontaneous visit so we booked upon arrival. Booking was prompt and we received a very warm welcome before being escorted to our room which was stylish and well decorated. Our room was peaceful at night and we both slept well. Breakfast was delicious and varied, with all our needs being attended to. Overall very pleased...

Beautiful old building. The staff were very friendly and helpful, great service, clean room and a lovely breakfast which was cooked to order so came hot and fresh. Would definitely stay there again if in the area.

Not a bad stay overall. We booked at around 2.30pm on the day of our arrival as we were on the road travelling to Wolverhampton. Having booked on booking . Com when we arrived we were told we had only booked for single occupancy and would have to pay extra for double occupancy. We felt this was wrong and very...

We welcome genuine candid feedback. However, I am disappointed on this occasion with your incorrect explanation of events to use this forum to your advantage. I would like to clarify your points for our potential audience: You have left the following morning without settling your bill and we had to call you to pay and this of course made you...

We stayed here solely for the purpose of going to a concert in the city centre. This place is a real gem. It's an easy walk to the centre, the rooms are nicely decorated and well appointed. The owners are friendly and professional. The hotel has a cosy friendly bar and onsite parking. Highly recommend.

This is an old fashion hotel and has the charm you would like if you are traveling in England. The staff is amazing and the service was terrific. The breakfast we had was great so overall we really loved our stay there.

The room was big and blessedly quiet, It was newly renovated and clean, en suite with a bathtub and plenty of hot water. The bed was hard and squeaked, the pillows were hard and the bedding flat. There was an extra heater, which was lovely, especially as the weather was awful and the bathroom floor was cold. This is a...

After a long day in work I drove down from wigan and was even assisted on the car park when it looked like there wasn't any spaces left! After checking in and it already being...

This hotel is lovely. The building is a lovely historic building and in a nice quiet location. It is still near enough to walk into town though. The bed was nice and big and the room very clean and nicely kept. Shower great. Nice bar area and staff very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay again.

Friendly receptionist, happy to chat to lone travellers. Very clean and tidy. Great location. Car park and breakfast in bed which make it easier to get started in the morning. Great price and comfy bed. I travelled alone but felt very comfortable.

Handy for walking into main town with convenient parking too. Quality rooms, dining room and bar lounge. Excellent staff who are friendly, helpful and know their business. No need to compare with other hotels in Wolverhampton. Good television reception!
