Well located, clean, modern hotel with good spa and leisure facilities. The restaurant is very good. The breakfast was exceptional and plentiful. It is definitely worth the small supplement for a Club Room. The rainfall shower, Espa toiletries, espresso machine, Sky TV and large flat screen TV make all the difference. I would say the standard rooms are modestly superior...

Just returned from a one night stay at the Village in a club room. Well worth an extra £20 for the club as you get the gym access included and a good sized TV with sky. Gym was nice and not at all crowded which was good for a Saturday afternoon. This hotel is very well located being only a...

They do a all you can eat Sunday Roast, with starters and dessert too. Everything was really good. The only thing I say is, you best get the roast earlier, cos the meat sits under the heat from the beginning, it can get a bit dry afterwards. And one other thing is, I asked for water, and they never come...

I seemed to get all of the worst elements of a hotel stay in one go! Fire alarm in the middle of the night (false alarm) noise from below the room (machinery) overcharged in the restaurant, overcharged on final invoice, then unable to pay as the system was down !

Poor night sleep. Alarm at 2pm and not able to get back to sleep. Referb taking place and workers painting above you whilst your walking under. Slipped on wet concrete and not secured off whilst evacuating.

Why undertake noisy refurbishment activities overnight? It sounded as though somebody was sawing woodi in the room next door for most of the night. The receptionist was unable to resolve as the hotel was fully booked so a really poor night sleep. Why have teams drilling/lifting tiles with hydraulic equipment at 9am when people are still sleeping / having breakfast...

We stayed in a club room which was decorated in a modern, bright and striking manner. The bed was extremely comfortable and set in a spacious room, if there are any criticisms of the room is that clothes storage is a little in short supply. However, for a stop of one or two nights then it is extremely satisfactory. The...

Items in room from previous visitors. Bad food. Hot noisy room. Window barley opened and the view was diabolical in room 133. Certainly not worth the money and the staff were terrible at breakfast. They were not around if you wanted something. We got our hot drinks and had to chase them around to get milk to go in them....
