We came home yesterday, this was our second stay at Langstone Manor. We absolutely love it here. We stayed in Hare tor glamping pod for 5nights, I wished I could have stayed longer. Tavistock Town center is well worth a visit, there are lots of lovely shops and I highly recommend buying some flapjack from the flapjack company shop. Its amazing!!!! This place is perfectly situated in a woodland setting in the dartmoor Moor. It's very peaceful and there are some beautiful walks and beautiful scenery. The bar/restaurant on site is excellent. They serve a great variety of beverages and the food is lovely and very generous portions. The shower and toilet blocks are kept immaculate and the showers are very nice. The staff are extremely friendly and very helpful. If you ever need anything they will do anything possible to ensure you have the perfect holiday. Couldn't recommend this place enough, we're definitely going to be returning again very soon. We drove for 4 hours to get here and it is well worth every second. Thank you Langstone Manor Jodi&Danny

After a brutally long journey from Nottingham, I’d definitely say it was worth it!all staff were wonderful and the pods themselves were gorgeous. Very well equipped and spotless! The showers were fantastic too and hot water was available on demand. The view from our pod was beautiful. The sunset it just fabulous. The site was so quiet and peaceful with great access to local treks and we even had a friendly chicken come to see us each day. Will definitely come back!

Booked a tent pitch for a 3 man tent with electric hook-up as I was on a photography break. I was put in a convenient location to leave early and arrive back late. Grass was neatly cut and no great bare patch from previous users. Some pitches have picnic tables. Sensible Covid precautions with a bucket of plastic ducks used to limit the number of people using showers and toilet. Hand sanitizer in sensible locations. Small shop on site for basic supplies and had 1 meal in the Bar/restaurant. The menu isn't extensive but most people should be able to fiif they wanted to eat in for a week. Food can be ordered between 5pm and 8:30pm. Some local lagers and ciders on draught. I didn't use it but there was a laundry. Site was quiet at night even towards on Friday/Sat nights. Great location for western Dartmoor and I'd be happy to book again.
