Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

When planning a stag do for 20 lads during the summer holidays in a post-Covid world, I'd pretty much given up hope of finding anywhere that could accommodate us. When I got in touch with Sarah she couldn't have been more helpful, and was able to not only get us in, but ended up providing a fantastic communal area for us away from the other tipis so we weren't too much of a nuisance (hopefully) to all the other holiday-goers there. In terms of facilities, I was blown away. The fire pit doubled as a BBQ, which easily coped with cooking for a large group. The tents were superbly stocked with everything we could have needed, plates, cutlery, cups, BBQ equipment, beds, bedding, and we also had our own toilets and showers for the duration of the stay. The location itself is beautiful, with the River Wye winding its way through the campsite. A brilliant getaway spot for big or small groups alike. I'll definitely be looking to go back in the future.

We stayed here for a weekend away stag do and it was a fantastic decision. The accommodation is spacious, everything you would need to be self sufficient is supplied (fire pits, cooking implements, plates, kindling, wood, gas stove and kettle etc.) and charcoal is easily available for the inevitable BBQ. Toilets and showers were well maintained and clean. Having the river round the outside is fantastic to paddle board and take a dip in to cool down. I have spent a lot of time camping and this has to be well up in the top 5 sites. Would highly recommend

What a lovely setting to spend time with friends! The tipis are very spacious, comfortable and stocked with everything you need. The firepit BBQ was brilliant for cooking large quantities of food! The facilities are clean and pleasant. The showers hit the spot nicely. 100% recommended for a stag party! Thank you

Great location, right on the river with amazing views. Tipis were well furnished with everything we needed. Lots of amenities nearby and the BBQ fire pit was excellent. Everything we needed was available, the toilets were clean and showers did the job. Fantastic weekend, would definitely come again!

This was a fantastic weekend. I had this brought for my birthday as a surprise I cannot thank the tipi adventure enough as everything was prefect. The only thing I would suggest that something was available for the rain as there is not a lot to do in the area and if you want to sit outside your tipi and cook and chill if it's raining its very difficult.

This place is something else! The setting, the accommodation and facilities are all amazing. I can't think of many places I have stayed in such a perfect location, in a secluded little spot right by the river Wye. We stayed in the shepherds hut with our dog and young baby and it was the perfect little get away. There are numerous tipis dotted around the field and even though there were some larger groups in those, we barely heard them once we were tucked away inside. We will definitely be returning with friends for a stay in one of the tipis!

These guys hosted 100 agents & suppliers undertaking a charity canoe challenge. The site was stunning, staff friendly & helpful and event brilliantly organised. Couldn’t have been better- would whole heartedly recommend be it a work get away or a thing for friends & family. Already plotting a way to go back!

Great place to stay for groups of friends in a beautiful setting. We completed a 31 mile canoeing charity event and used this place as our base. Great tipi accommodation and great organisation by the owners. We set up a marquee for bbq, bar & disco.

We hired this venue for a charity event and it was perfect. Sarah’s service was personal and friendly and we couldn’t have asked for more! This is perfect for families, couples or anyone who wants to camp with style and enjoys beautiful scenery. Highly recommended by all of our 100 attendees 👍🏻
