Our Rutland B&B is situated in a handsome converted Tithe Barn, which dates back to the 15th Century. Set in some of England's least discovered yet most staggeringly beautiful countryside in the county of Rutland, we offer very comfortable bed & breakfast accommodation in a charming and friendly atmosphere. The house is set in an attractive village location, away from any busy roads, and offers a welcome retreat for all our guests. It retains many of it's original features and unique charm, and we offer professional and friendly accommodation.

We were overnighting after a local party and The Tithe Barn was a fantastic choice to stay. Breakfast was good, although I prefer a little more fruit and plain yogurt but I was happy enough with prunes and fat free yogurt on offer and the full monty breakfast. The host John was

Superb stay in The Tithe-barn, a large stone building repurposed into spacious, comfortable accommodation. Highlights include the locally sourced produce for the extensive breakfast, including the ‘Full-Monty’, cooked to perfection. Tea / coffee in the room was a nice touch,

Stayed here for a few days, the location was perfect for me and my room was lovely and clean. There was no noise of a night time so very peaceful and i also had a night cap each night with the complementary sherry. I didn’t try the breakfast as I don’t do breakfast, but the

I'm so pleased you had a lovely time with us. We do get lots of compliments about our breakfast, perhaps next time we can tempt you with a little something cooked. Thank you for your feedback and I'm really pleased you found it peaceful and relaxing.

"Our super king room on the 1st floor was excellent. Our friends showed us their rooms in the outdoor apartment and that was lovely too."
"Room 7 is one of the superior rooms and while it doesn't have the conservatory it is more tucked away."
"Room 6 is quiet and on the ground floor with a shower, not a bath."
"The room in the separate bungalow with it's own conservatory is the best, more expensive but we were given it as a free upgrade."
"Garden rooms are in a separate annex."
