The Carlton commands the finest position on the South Promenade, an excellent view of the sea, rock gardens and pier. The hotel is in walking distance of the main shopping centre, bus routes and Ashton Gardens, and within easy reach of the four championship golf courses and bowling greens. It overlooks the miniature railway, pitch and putt course and putting greens. St. Annes is the perfect base for day trips to the many beautiful attractions the North West has to offer. We are a family owned and managed hotel, our main concern is for your relaxation and comfort, and to provide good home cooking and a pleasant stay in St. Annes. St. Annes is an attractive resort offering entertainment for all the family. Blackpool, with all its many attractions, is only a few minutes away but St. Annes retains a quieter charm in a restful atmosphere.

Friendly owners, clean hotel, food and drink good. Basic but clean rooms. Restriction in place due to COVID-19 all appear to be being followed. On the sea front with a sea view from the room. The car park was very small so had to park on the road. Would happily stay again

Walked in, lovely staff, lovely room, looks recently renovated the decor both in the rooms and in the bar/restaurant is really nice and has lovely views. The breakfast was inclusive of the price and it was really good and the coffee wasn’t bad either for a press of a button style coffee! Nice beans I’d surmise. The rooms were great and spacious and comfortable beds, with a fridge and complimentary bottled water. The bathrooms are visually striking and modern, the only slim shame was the ordinary shower pressure! Fix this and double your prices Carlton! (Just not for us 🤓🤓)

Just had a four night stay here, second visit in a month. Four of us for a week of golf in the area. Cannot fault this lovely place. First of all, it's spotless, everywhere. Covid friendly, if there is such a term. The beds are great, rooms are warm and it's always a tasty, fresh and filling breakfast. The staff are friendly, helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Thanks, Aliesha, Vicky, Jordan and the rest (sorry, didn't catch your names!!) for making our stay just spot on. We'll be back, hopefully in the Spring. Five star for sure and would fully recommend

We decided to stay in St Anne's for a little break, and thought we would try the Carlton. So pleased we did. Lovely location overlooking the beach. Lovely friendly welcome, and everything was covid safe. Our room had a nice comfortable bed and a great shower. We had a yummy cooked breakfast in the morning, and the family who own it were friendly and pleasant. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again.

We loved our stay. The hotel is in a prime location, very clean and the staff were friendly and approachable. We stayed in room 16 with a sea view and we will definitely be returning to stay here again. We only expected a continental breakfast but had a full English which was an added bonus and very enjoyable. Thanks to all the staff who made us feel very welcome and couldn’t do enough for us. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Well done and thank you.
