Booked for Saturday 10.11.18 hotel was closed no email or call to inform us. Offered the lindum hotel for the same price which was a joke as it was £20 cheaper to book the lindum online so declined. Email sent and still no reply contacted the hotel still no apology or refund

Each room is provided with towels. I imagine you could use these or request additional towels from reception. Staff are very approachable!

Hi. Can I ask what the onsite parking is like please?
There is onsite parking, however, it is limited. We had to park on the road in front of the hotel due to arriving late.
