Stayed here for a few nights and can I just say it was brilliant. The cleanliness was to a very high standard and so was the service. Great location just by the centre of St Annes. Lovely food, lovely people and throughly enjoyed my stay. Will be sure to come back as I couldn't fault a thing. Will definitely recommended. Thanks again.

Spotless clean very traditional B&B. Excellent hosting and a great breakfast. Incredible value too. Difficult to fault. Just for information for other visitors our room had a good size bath but no shower.

We have just returned from a two night stay after visiting a sick friend in the area. Our room was above average in size and everywhere is immaculately clean. We have stayed in many different types of hotel in this country and Europe and this is the best value for money we have visited. The owner was very helpful, the breakfast lovely. There is a very comfortable lounge and off road parking. What more could you want.

We stayed here for a couple of nights in October when visiting Blackpool illuminations. The proprietor is attentive but not over fussy. The place itself is immaculate in every way, warm and well maintained. The breakfast choice is good and served in an airy dining room. All in all, this was a lovely place to visit and we will most certainly return.
