Stayed here for just one night last Friday. We only live about 10 miles from St. Annes, but we were in town for a family party, so thought it would be nicer to get a room for the night than pay taxi's both ways. What a pleasant surprise! Lovely room, comfy bed, friendly staff, ace sea view and a crackin'...

The rooms were warm, smart and comfortable and as a sole traveller I felt perfectly safe. The Hotel is situated on the sea front and is central for local transport into...

Just stayed for 2 nights on a Santa weekend from the 25th Nov. Stayed in a new room 49 with sea view First impression of the room was good large bed and 2 camp / sofa beds for the kids. Room nicely decorated and modern in appearance. Although it is a new room it could probably do with regular upkeep...

We currently stayed here and loved it. I was very skeptical with all the bad reviews on here but you exceeded my expectations. All staff very friendly and helpful. Reception staff go out of their way to make you feel at home and are always smiling. A special thank you to Pam and Sophie two very lovely people.
