Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The hosts were excellent as usual, the accommodation spotless and the breakfast was very good. The location is good, very close to the sea front and shops are within easy reach. St. Ann's and Lytham town centres are close by. Blackpool is only about four miles away and public transport runs regulary.

Really friendly couple who helped recommend good places to eat. The B&B was spotless and our room was freshly decorated, clean and quiet. the bed was comfy and toiletries provided. The cooked breakfast was a choice of continental or cooked fresh and to our preferences. Evening meal option also available. They were very accommodating to cater for allergies. Looking forward to visiting here very soon. Carl & Lisa

Stayed for a long weekend. Warm welcome, super clean and cozy room. Fluffy white towels, Egyptian cotton sheets, had a wonderful stay! Close to sea front and town center so a great convenient location. Short stroll to railway station for those arriving by public transport (less than 10 mins easy walk).
