This was my second multiple night stay and it was very enjoyable. I stayed in the same room, although it had been redecorated. A deceptively quiet room, talking to the other guests, I found they were equally impressed. We all thought we were the only ones staying. With a superb breakfast to set me up for the day, and the warm welcome from the hosts, it was the perfect stay.

We've just spent 2 nights at the Harbour Lights guest house - very impressed.
Room was spotlessly clean with tea/coffee facitlities and our room (number 2) also had uninterupted sea views. Location was brilliant - close to town centre (and obviously the beach).
Fabulous breakfast with a variety of cereals & fruit followed by one of the best full english breakfasts we've ever tasted.
The owners were lovely. They immediately made us feel welcome and were attentive to our needs.
Would have no hesitation in a return visit.

Lowestoft is a quiet seaside town great for exploring the Norfolk Broads and Norwich. The hosts Frances and Michael are very friendly and helpful and make suggestions on where to go and what to see.
The parking is on the street but i had no problems getting a spot directly in front of the house.
The breakfasts are huge and well presented with ample selections of cereal, yoghurt, fruit and a fulll English.
The room was clean and well decorated with tea and coffee making facilities.
I would recommend this b&b for people wanting to explore the Norfolk Broads.
It is very good value.

The rooms in this guest house are spotlessly clean, comfortable and well maintained. Breakfasts are delicious and generous. The hosts are friendly and helpful. Harbour Lights is in a great location being within easy walking distance to shops and restaurants and the attractions of Lowestoft. On our next visit to the area we will not hesitate in booking this guest house.

The breakfasts are huge and well presented with ample selections of cereal and hot breakfasts.

I have been staying here on business for a night most weeks for the past 12 months. Spotlessly clean, comfortable, and a frindly welcome from Frances and Michael. Breakfast is excellent and generous - fresh coffee and full english highly recommended. I really have no complaints and the price is most reasonable.

Stayed for the one night, the guest house is in a great sea front position. My room was comfortable and spotlessly clean, as was the rest of the house. The hosts were very friendly and pleasant. Breakfast was fantastic, it was the best full English I'd had in a long time. I will stay again, next time I find myself down there.

Great hosts we had room 3 with a sea view great location right on the front near restaurants and the town center free parking. Book with them and get a discount on your stay. The breakfast was excellent and plentiful. I would definitely stay again good value as well.

My family and I stayed in the two large seafront rooms. Lovely view and spacious. Good location and great views from the rooms. Would definitely stay here again, friendly hosts, clean rooms and lovely breakfast, what more could you ask for?

It's a very small place, only five rooms but so nice. Everything is Very clean and comfortable and the couple who keeps this small place are super friendly and authentic. The beds were extremely well made, lived the sea view and of course the little coffee selection in the room, it even came with cure little cupcakes!

The moment we came in we were greeted with our name and asked how we'd like our breakfast, they had even lovely gluten free options. The room itself had more space we expected, was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom was extremely modern.

Breakfast the next day was peaceful and nice and our preferences were taken into account and the breakfast was very good! I'm sad that I couldn't finish it all being such a small woman but I'm sure had I asked they'd made me a small bag for it :)

Christmas decorations were lovely and the whole place has a homely feel. Wi-Fi works brilliantly and the room had enough plugs for two tech addicts. All in all we're definitely coming back!!!
