My husband booked 4 nights here, he arrived late at night after being told he could enter his room via key code sent to email, he arrived to the doors wide open with no staff around whatsoever, he had no idea which his room
was and his code didn’t work, couldn’t get hold of anyone at all so was left with no choice but to leave and try and find another hotel. He did not return for the 3 further nights as it looked like a the local crack den. Tried to contact hotel for refund and as of yet we can’t get hold of anyone and neither can booking.com. AVOID at all costs.

I don't even know where to start with this place!! No customer service whatsoever!! Arrived no one on reception took about 30-40 minutes to actually get into room then get in the room and windows are screwed shut! That's a fire hazard and absolutely ridiculous! The room was literally like a sauna with 3 of us staying there! Luckily the club next door did give us a bucket of ice as we went in there after finally getting into our room as we needed to cool down and get a drink after all the palava we went through! After the the club we couldn't sleep as was so hot in our room so we left our door open and I put some clothes down to keep the door open come morning they were gone, I wouldn't of has to do that if the room was already aired out or if we could at least opened a window! Just do not stay here it smelt of sweat and just basic hygiene cleanliness was shocking!!! Please AVOID you have been warned!!!!

The stay was absolutely gob smacking!! I am completely lost for words, I wouldn't stay there again even if I was homeless. The carpets, the quilt covers, the walls, the smell, HORRENDOUS!!! I felt so dirty having to sleep in the beds, couldn't even check out as nobody was there, so we may get charged for that. Plus the parking, we wasn't aware you had to pay so we will probably get billed for that!! No communication, no hygiene, I would personally rather stay in a crack den. DO NOT GO THERE!!

As I walked through the nonexistent foyer, I was reminded of a stag night I went on once at a strip club. Dirty red carpet and dingy lighting. As we walked up the stairs in search of our room we came across dirty walls and untreated woodwork. I’m already dreading the rest of what is yet to be seen.
We get lost trying to find our room and find a dirty mattress in a corner with some discarded tables.
When we finally found our room in the maze of a building, the first words to my partner were...”we are not staying here”.
I get to the door and I see what is coded and I think... ahh this is where I input the six digit code they sent me. I look at the device on the door and it has 4 digits to input by way of the spinning numbers on a bicycle chain lock. The door was open anyway, I enter and see 3 doors, door A, door B, and door miscellaneous!!! Door a was mine, I opened the door to a filthy crack house that had all sorts of fluids all over the walls and lampshade, the carpet and oh my days, I can’t really explain it but I felt physically sick. The bed was a creased sheet and a skinny old quilt that was old and crappy. I took photos and have added them to the site and you can see for yourself that this place isn’t a place that should be advertised on any websites for hotels. This was a squat or a crack house, a place for the attached nightclub to bring back unsuspecting roofied girls. There was a stain on the carpet that looked like someone had been killed. The other doors were the room next door and the bathroom... oh hang on? I wasn’t told I was sharing a bathroom. At this point I’d had enough and we left, where I promptly text the hotel back and told them what I thought.

So this is how my stay began. As I walked through the restaurant to book in, I was met ( not greeted ) by the staff. I was given vague instructions of directions the rooms I had booked. As I approached the room there was glass being smashed and people in the room next door fighting. There were men bringing back prostitutes to there rooms, and people smoking in the rooms leading to mine. As I got to my room there was an overwhelming smell of crack cocaine burning! The room itself has paint cracking off the walls the oven door was smashed and missing and the steps leading out were broken with half the step missing. It was unlit and I fell down 3 steps due to it not being cordoned off. I would like to add that I had two children with me at the time aged 11 and 7 and they were absolutely terrified!! We stayed in the room for 30 minutes and left in a hurry after finding somewhere else to stay for Friday night, I told the owner who I can only imagine was part of the Turkish mafia that we were leaving so he briefly looked up from his phone and shrugged his shoulder!! As you can understand I am livid at this ordeal of what me and my children went through

My first impression was a maze trapped inside a cheap budget hotel. Even a local apologised on behalf of Lowestoft for this place! For £15 I got 2 double beds, one with a batman duvet cover, a kitchen and a shared bathroom with a heater than wouldn't turn off. This turned out to be a lot more than my 3 friends who had paid for the upgraded deluxe room which consisted of smaller beds and a bathroom with no ceiling! In the morning, I began talking to someone else staying who said they didn't want to talk about their night. For a cheap budget hotel would stay again if I was in the area. One strange point was the leftover chicken in my room near the microwave however!

This place should be closed down. My daughter has returned from 7 months living in hostels in Asia and says this place is worse than the worst place she’s ever stayed in. Rooms are Dirty and bedding disgusting. The noise outside our room at midnight carried on until 2am. The only time to sleep was 8am when it was finally quiet. We use to stay here years ago and had a comfortable stay.

When arriving it seemed nice apart from crazy room numbering. Then came the room. Dirty, pooh and sick stains all over the carpet and bed. Filthy shared bathroom with sticky floor and blocked drain. Old dirty towel on the side board. Had to change hotel. Do not be fooled by their website. The pictures are not a reality.
Would never set foot there again.

Absolutely disgusting place! Arrived to find no one at reception, so carried our suitcases up to the restaurant, where we met a lady who rudely asked us both for ID. Never smiled once and made us feel uncomfortable. Eventually went into our room and, when people say it's like a crack den, they're not joking! It stank of sweat, there were stains on the carpet, a cracked window, which was also falling apart so the rain and wind was coming in, beds which looked like they had just been slept in, cutlery which still had food on them, the cupboards were sticky and there was no fridge as shown in the photos. We complained to the lady, who didn't seem to care and told us she'd sort it later because she was on her break. By that point, we'd had enough and luckily managed to book a room in a different hotel for the night. DO NOT GO HERE!!
