We often visit Lowestoft and stay in a purple palace but notice there prices had started to creep up, so we went on a search for a great value for money hotel and we certainly found it !! The team are so very friendly and want to make sure you have a great stay, the rooms are very comfortable with everything you could need and more and breakfast was included. The ingredients we good the eggs we bright orange which shows they are fresh and everything was very tasty. I would highly recommend and we will certainly be booking again !!

Now coming to the end of a two night break and we simply can't thank Craig and his family and team enough for making us feel so welcome and for their fantastic kindness and service. Craig is so warm and welcoming and made sure we had everything anyone could want, upgraded us to a sea view room which was so incredibly generous making us closer in rooms to our mum and dad which was so thoughtful. Fantastic views of the sunset and sun rise over the sea and watching the waves from our room was magical. Thank you!! Breakfast was delicious and the lady that served us was very welcoming, efficient and above all made us again feel as if nothing was too much trouble even offering to get fresh yoghurt for our mum for next mornings breakfast. The location is great for coastal walks and exploring the town and there is plentiful free parking outside the hotel on the roadside. Won't hesitate to re book in the future and highly recommend to anyone visiting Lowestoft as the place to stay for a genuinely caring welcome and stay. Thank you all so much, Sarah, Jackie, Beryl and Ernie x

Breakfast was lovely too. Staff at the hotel were lovely and extremely helpful. Will stay again when we are in the area for sure!

Lovely spacious room with a beautiful bathroom. Tastefully decorated throughout. Very clean and a lovely full English Breakfast. Had a room on the second floor with a great view of the beach and Clairemont Pier. Would highly recommend and will more than likely stay here again if I am in Lowestoft. Perfect 5 stars
