Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Whenever I travel for work I make a silly request in the 'Any Special Request' part of the booking. It adds a little potential joy to an otherwise mundane stay over. The Link, and specifically Jai (Thank you so much) never fail to deliver. Not only that but the whole staff are very friendly, always willing to help, the rooms are well equipped and comfortable and the breakfast is fresh and with a good range. I will never fail to use the Link when I stay in Loughborough. Time away from family is hard, but they make it less so :)

This hotel has friendly staff, is clean, didn't eat dinner but breakfast was good with plenty for all, continental and full English brigade. Sat Nav does not always take you into the entrance, but to a closed road so make sure you don't miss the turning off the dual carriage way.

Has a lovely stay and so pleased they had a small gym The room was lovely and warm The breakfast was tasty too There was also a big car park I would say it would great if they invested in a charging pod because we had to run around the town trying to find one so the time we found one it was 12:30am

Nice room, friendly staff and good location but was told on 2 separate nights that there was a large group in for dinner so had to go away and come back. Never seen a large group and it felt like they just didn’t want to serve food. First night went at 6pm for dinner but told to come back at 8pm. At 8pm we got same story but explained we had already been told to come back. On the other night we were told same story but to come back in an hour but that didn’t suit us so we went elsewhere. So if you like to enjoy a dinner in the hotel at night, I’d look elsewhere.

A bit disappointed with my stay here, every night we've been told they have a large group serving dinner and unable to have us too considering they only have one chef. The groups they had never been larger than 10 people, so I'm not sure what has been going on, but considering we were in the middle of nowhere, I would have appreciated for more effort put into this. Also the heating in the rooms is provided by an electric radiator which makes the air being very dry in the room and unpleasant.

Decent hotel, well located for University facilities. Stayed for an athletics event. Excellent food and drink offering. Dinner was festive menu but good choice and much higher quality than the Harvester next door. Friendly and helpful staff and relaxed atmosphere. Would stay again

I had a two day stay at the Link Hotel on a work trip and it was above satisfactory. I had encounters with two very friendly young staff named Romana and Mehzabin, who were friendly and willing to go above and beyond, while you could tell they sincerely enjoyed being helpful. I would go definitely go back.
